Abstract
Die Brennkammer (110), ist mit einem Düsenboden (111), mit einer Brennstoffzuführung (118) oberhalb des Düsenbodens, mit einem Abgaskanal (132) am oberen Ende der Brennkammer, sowie mit Wärmetauscherheizflächen (130) versehen. Bei einer solchen Brennkammer für eine Wirbelschichtfeuerung soll der Aufwand für die Zurückführung der von der Wirbelschicht mitgerissenen Partikel und der Temperierung der Wirbelschicht minimiert werden. Die Brennkammer ist zur Abtrennung und Rückführung unverbrannter Feststoffpartikel in den unteren Bereich der Wirbelschicht mit einem zylindrischen Innendurchmesser versehen und im oberen Bereich der Brennkammerwand (119), sind im wesentlichen tangential und zugleich nach unten geneigte Sekundärluftdüsen (120 bis 127), angebracht. The combustion chamber (110) is with a Nozzle bottom (111), with a fuel supply (118) above the nozzle bottom, with an exhaust duct (132) at the upper end of the combustion chamber, and provided with heat exchanger heating surfaces (130). With such a combustion chamber for fluidized bed combustion should the effort for the repatriation the particles entrained by the fluidized bed and the temperature of the fluidized bed can be minimized. The combustion chamber is for the separation and recycling of unburned solid particles in the lower part of the fluidized bed provided with a cylindrical inner diameter and in the upper area of the combustion chamber wall (119) essentially tangential and down at the same time inclined secondary air nozzles (120 to 127), attached.
