Aus der DE-B 12 94 095 ist ein Zylinderkopf bekannt, in dem zur Einleitung der von den Zylinderkopfschrauben auf den Zylinderkopf zu übertragenden Kräften als Hülsen ausgebildete Einlagen angeordnet sind. Diese Hülsen ragen zylinderkopfdeckelseitig aus dem Zylinderkopf heraus und werden während des Gießvorgangs des Zyliderkopfes in dem Formkörper fixiert. Bei diesem bekannten Zylinderkopf sind die Hülsen vor dem Gießvorgang fertig bearbeitet. Sie müssen daher sehr genau in dem Formkörper positioniert werden. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des ersten Anspruchs gelöst. Dadurch, daß die Einlage aus Vollmaterial besteht und mit einer Haltevorrichtung versehen ist, die sich in Richtung der nachträglich einzubringenden Bohrung erstreckt und in dem Formkörper festgelegt ist, wird eine einfache Fixiermöglichkeit der Einlage in dem Formkörper erreicht. Weiterhin wird der Durchmesser der Haltevorrichtung vorzugsweise in dem von dem Zylinderkopf umgossenen Bereich kleiner gewählt als die später in diesem Bereich einzubringende Bohrung. Dadurch ist sichergestellt, daß die Haltevorrichtung beim weiteren Bearbeiten des Zylinderkopf gänzlich ausgebohrt wird. Außerdem ist eine derartig von dem Zylinderkopf umgossene Einlage unempfindlich gegenüber kleinen Toleranzabweichungen hinsichtlich ihrer Positionierung, da die für die weitere Verwendbarkeit des Zylinderkopfes wesentlich Zylinderkopfschraubenbohrung nach dem Gießen des Zylinderkopfes angebracht wird. Dabei wird die Bohrung für die Zylinderkopfschraube vorteilhaft zusammen mit anderen Bearbeitungsvorgängen an dem Zylinderkopf hergestellt.According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of the first claim. In diesem Fall wird die Scheibe mit der kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildeten Haltevorrichtung in dem Formkern befestigt. Dabei ist der Durchmesser der Haltevorrichtung in den von dem Zylinderkopf umgossenen Teilabschnitt zweckmäßigerweise kleiner als der spätere Bohrungsdurchmesser. Es kann auch zweckmäßig sein, die zylindrische Ausbildung der Haltevorrichtung mit der kegelstumpfförmigen Ausbildung zu kombinieren, um beispielsweise, wie zuvor beschrieben, die Haltevorrichtung entlang der später anzubringenden Bohrung für die Zylinderkopfschraube als zylindrischen Stift auszubilden und in dem Bereich, in dem die Haltevorrichtung in dem Formkörper befestigt ist, kegelstumpfförmig enden zu lassen. Die im Bereich eines Gaswechselkanals 11 angeordnete Öffnung 10 wird nach erfolgter Montage der Zylinderkopfschrauben 4 von einem Deckel 12 verschlossen. Die Öffnung 9 kann bei dem hier dargestellten luftgekühlten Zylinderkopf offen bleiben. Soll der Raum 13 der sich zwischen der Öffnung 9 und der Scheibe 2 erstreckt, bei einem flüssigkeitsgekühlten Zylinderkopf 1 als kühlmitteldurchströmter Raum 13 benutzt werden, so wird die Öffnung 9 analog zu der Öffnung 10 mit einem Stopfen verschlossen.In a cylinder head 1, which is preferably cast from light metal,

Die kegelstumpfförmig ausgebildeten Haltevorrichtungen 16 und 17 weisen mit ihrem sich verdickenden Ende in den Raum 13" bzw. in den Gaswechselkanal 11" und sind während des Gießvorgangs in dem nicht dargestellten Formkern festgelegt.
