Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Handbürste mit einem als Speicher für eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit ausgebildeten Griffteil und einem mit mindestens einem Flüssigkeitsauslaßkanal versehenen Borstenträger. Es ist bereits bekannt, Handbürsten mit einem Speicher für eine Reinigungsflüssigkeit oder für eine Reinigungspaste zu kombinieren. Bei den bekannten Handbürsten dieser Art läuft die Reinigungsflüssigkeit entweder selbsttätig aus einem oder mehreren Flüssigkeitsauslaßkanälen in die Borsten oder sie wird durch Betätigung eines Auslaßventils von Hand oder durch Auspressen durch Auslaßkanäle hindurch in den Borstenbereich gegeben. Ein unkontrolliertes Ausfließen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit hat sich als nachteilig erwiesen, weil der Ausfluß nicht gesteuert werden kann und somit die Reinigungsflüssigkeit viel zu schnell verbraucht wird. Das Auspressen von Reinigungsflüssigkeit oder Reinigungspaste zwingt praktisch zu einer Unterbrechung der Reinigungshandlung, wenn hier eine gezielte Versorgung des Arbeitsbereiches mit Reinigungsmittel erreicht werden soll. Auch die Ausbildung von handgesteuerten Ventileinrichtungen hat sich als unpraktisch erwiesen und erfordert außerdem einen relativ großen Einrichtungsaufwand, der die Handbürsten merklich verteuert.The invention relates to a hand brush with a handle part designed as a storage for a cleaning liquid and a bristle holder provided with at least one liquid outlet channel. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Handbürste der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß sie auf einfache Weise und mit einfachen konstruktiven Mitteln eine willkürliche Steuerung der Reinigungsflüssigkeitsabgabe in ihren Borstenbereich erlaubt, ohne daß dazu der Reinigungsvorgang unterbrochen werden muß.The invention has for its object to provide a hand brush of the type mentioned in such a way that it allows an arbitrary control of the dispensing of cleaning fluid in its bristle area in a simple manner and with simple constructive means, without the cleaning process having to be interrupted.
Die gestellte Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Flüssigkeitsauslaßkanal mit einem beweglichen Schließglied versehen ist, das mit einem in den Borstenbereich der Handbürste ragenden Vorsprung versehen ist, wobei der aus dem Flüssigkeitsauslaßkanal in den Borstenbereich herausragende Teil des Schließglied-Vorsprunges eine kürzere Länge als die Borsten sowohl in ihrer Ruhestellung als auch bei normalem Arbeitsdruck aufweist. Dies bedeutet, daß mit einer erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Handbürste bei normalem Arbeitsdruck gearbeitet werden kann, ohne daß dabei Flüssigkeit aus dem Speicher der Handbürste abgegeben wird. Erst wenn durch einen verstärkten Druck auf die Handbürste die Borsten des Borstenträgers stärker als üblich gekrümmt werden, kann der Schließglied-Vorsprung auf die zu reinigende Fläche treffen und dadurch der Flüssigkeitsauslaßkanal durch Abheben des Schließgliedes zur Abgabe von Reinigungsflüssigkeit geöffnet werden. Der in den Borstenbereich ragende Teil des Schließglied-Vorsprunges ist zweckmäßig aus einem weichen, nicht kratzenden Material gefertigt, beispielsweise aus einer kürzeren Borste oder einem kürzeren Borstenbüschel bestehend, so daß der verstärkte Druck auf die Handbürste unter Fortsetzung des Reinigungsvorganges ohne die Gefahr ausgeübt werden kann, daß durch den Schließglied-Vorsprung ein zu reinigender Gegenstand zerkratzt wird.The object is achieved in that the liquid outlet channel is provided with a movable closure member which is provided with a projection protruding into the bristle region of the hand brush, the part of the closure member projection protruding from the liquid outlet channel into the bristle region being shorter than that Bristles both in their rest position and at normal working pressure. Der zapfenförmige Vorsprung 21 ist aus einem weichen, nicht kratzenden Material gefertigt und kann Längsnuten aufweisen. Sein in den Bereich der Borsten 13 vorstehender Teil ist wesent. lich kürzer als die Länge der Borsten 13 in ihrer in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ruhestellung. Am Schließglied 20 liegt eine Tellerfeder 22 an, die in ihrem Randbereich an einer Innenstufe 23 des Griffteiles 15 angestützt ist. Die Tellerfeder 22 kann als einfache, mit nicht dargestellten Durchtrittsöffnungen versehene Biegefeder ausgebildet sein oder durch einen mit beiden Enden an der Innenseite des Griffteiles 15 abgestützten Federsteg ersetzt sein. Gemäß der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 3 kann das Schließglied 20a selbst als mittels eines Niets oder einer Schraube 24 am Borstenkörper 12a befestigte Federklappe ausgebildet sein.The through opening 14 of the

Der Abstand zwischen der Wandung des Durchlaßkanales 14 und dem Vorsprung 21 oder Längsnuten des Vorsprunges 21 wird in Anpassung an die Konsistenz der Reinigungsflüssigkeit so groß gewählt, daß durch den geöffneten Flüssigkeitsauslaßkanal sowohl Reinigungsflüssigkeit austreten als auch Luft einströmen kann. Die Wandung des Griffteiles 15 kann auch stellenweise flexibel ausgebildet sein, so daß bei der Verstärkung des Anpreßdruckes auf die Handbürste ein Preßdruck auf die im Speicherraum 16 untergebrachte Reinigungsflüssigkeit wirksam werden kann, welcher das Ausfließen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit begünstigt. Eine Belüftung des Speicherraumes 16 kann aber auch durch ein in der Schraubkappe 19 angeordnetes, nicht dargestelltes und an sich bekanntes Klappenventil bewirkt werden, das ein Ausfließen von Reinigungsflüssigkeit bei schrägliegender Handbürste 10 verhindert.The length of the
