Hierfür ist eine besondere Überführungseinrichtung vorgesehen, die aus einem die Vorderwand des Faltkartons erfassenden Saughalter besteht. Dieser wiederum ist an einem schwenkbar und quer bewegbaren Gestänge angebracht. Die einzelnen Faltkartons werden durch diese Überführungseinrichtung an eine Halteeinrichtung übergeben, die zum Erfassen des Faltkartons im Bereich der Rückwand ebenfalls mit einem Saughalter ausgerüstet ist. Nach Lösen der Überführungseinrichtung von dem Faltkarton wird dessen Vorderseite durch einen Saughalter einer Zuführeinrichtung erfaßt, die nach Freigabe des Faltkartons durch die Halteeinrichtung diesen der Abförderbahn zuführt. Während des Transportes durch die Zuführeinrichtung gleitet eine freie, äußere Kante des Kartons an einer feststehenden Wandung bzw. Bei dieser bekannten Vorrichtung müssen jedoch die flachen Faltkartons infolge der Anordnung der Saughalter längs einer horizontalen Förderbahn zugeführt werden. Sodann erfolgt eine translatorische Rückbewegung mit dem aufgenommenen Faltkarton in eine Position, in der der Faltkarton auf der Abförderbahn mit einer unteren Kante aufsteht. Sodann wird durch entsprechende Bewegung des Greifarms der Faltkarton mit der Seitenwand an den im wesentlichen ortsfest angeordneten Gegenhalter herangeführt. Claims (17)

1. Apparatus for erecting folding boxes (corrugated boxes 10) folded flat, consisting of front wall (12), rear wall (13) and side walls (14, 15) and folding tabs (16, 17) adjoining the latter, whereby the folding boxes can be removed from a magazine (19) and erected and placed on a discharge path (32) by a holding member (33) engaging the front wall by suction members (34), wherein the folding box (10) can be removed from the magazine (19) by the holding member (gripping arm 33) and can be erected by movement, of this holding member, relative to at least one further holding member (counterholder 37) engaging another box wall (side wall 14).
2. Apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the second holding member (counterholder 37) is arranged (substantially) stationary, particularly with gripping members (suckers 38) located in a vertical plane.
3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the flat folding box can be erected from an upright intermediate position by movement (pivoting) of the front wall (12) onto the discharge path (32), the adjacent side wall (14) being held firmly.
4. Apparatus according to claim 1 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein a lower folding edge (39) between front wall (12) and side wall (14) is supported on the discharge path (32) during the erecting movement of the folding box (10).
5. Apparatus according to claim 3 and/or 4, wherein the flat folding box (10) after removal from the magazine (19) can be moved into the intermediate position with abutment of the side wall (14) against the counterholder (37) and can then be erected.
6. Apparatus according to claim 1 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the folding box (10) after leaving the magazine (19) can be moved in translation until the lower folding edge (39) is supported upon the discharge path (32) and then by pivoting into abutment with the counterholder (37).
7. Apparatus according to claim 1 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the gripping arm (33) can be moved pivotably and in translation.
8. Apparatus according to claim 1 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the gripping arm (33) can be lowered below the plane of the discharge path (32).
9. Apparatus according to claim 7 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the gripping arm (33) is held and can be moved by (two) guide rods (42, 43) so that the gripping arm (33) is movable and/or pivotable out of the lower initial position by pivoting and optionally raising into abutment of the suckers (34) with the front folding box (10) in the magazine (19), then with the folding box (10) in translation until the folding edge (39) is supported on the discharge path (32) with lowering, then pivotably with erection and finally in the opposite direction to below the plane of the discharge path.

Apparatus according to claim 9 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the guide rods (42, 43) for the actuation of the gripping arm (33) are constructed as two-armed levers, whilst the one guide rod (42) is fixed to a main shaft (46) and the other guide rod (43) is mounted rotatably thereon.
11. Apparatus according to claim 1 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the counterholder (37) is arranged movably, particularly rotatably about a vertical axis.
12. Apparatus according to claim 1 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the, discharge path (32) consists of at least one (central) supporting profile (hollow profiles 58) with a standing surface for the folding boxes (10), whilst the gripping arm (33) can be lowered into a recess (59) of the hollow profile (58).
13. Apparatus according to claim 12 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein lateral support rails (60) are arranged at an interval from the hollow profile (58) to support the folding tabs (16 and 17) which stand out laterally.
14. Apparatus according to claim 1 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the flat folding boxes (10) are placed substantially upright in the magazine (19) with a slight inclination in the transport direction.
15. Apparatus according to claim 14 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the folding boxes (10) stand up in the magazine (19) on a foundation inclined downwards in the transport direction, particularly on box supports (20), and wherein the rhythmic feed of the folding boxes (10) within the magazine (19) occurs by means of conveyor belts (25).
16. Apparatus according to claim 15 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the conveyor belts (25) can be driven in the region of a return roller (28) by a reciprocally pivotable drive lever (29) which influences the return roller (28) via a free wheel transmission (30).
17. Apparatus according to claim 1 and to one or more of the further claims, wherein the folding boxes (10) within the magazine (19) are fixed detachably on the removal side by lateral edge holders, particularly by holding rollers (21, 22) rotatable about vertical axes and gripping an edge of the folding boxes (10) at opposite sides.
