Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine aus einem nicht steigfähigen Gemisch von Fasern und einem wärmehärtbaren Bindemittel unter Anwendung von Druck und Wärme einstückig gepresste Palette mit einseitig offenen, muldenförmigen, sich zur Öffnung hin erweiternden Füssen und diese verbindenden, rinnenartigen Verbindungsstegen.
  • Derartige Paletten sind bekannt (DE-A 2 731 131). Die bekannten Paletten sind in der Weise gestaltet, dass sie mit dem auf ihnen abgestellten Transportgut auf ebenen Flächen, beispielsweise dem Hallenboden, einem Regal oder auf weiteren gestapelten, mit Transportgut beladenen Paletten abgestellt und auf Transportbändern oder mittels Flurfördergerätentransportiert werden können.
  • Aus der GB-A 1 151 415 ist eine einstückig aus Kunststoff gespritzte Palette bekannt, welche an ihrem Umfang mit acht Füssen und ihrem Zentrum mit einem Fuss versehen ist. Zwischen den an den Ecken der Palette angeordneten Füssen und dem Fuss im Zentrum der Palette verlaufen Rinnen, welche eine diagonale Hauptrichtung aufweisen. Im Verlauf dieser Hauptrichtung weisen die Rinnen jedoch sinusförmige oder zickzackförmige Windungen auf. Diese Gestaltung der bekannten Palette soll eine gleichmässige Steifigkeit über die gesamte Palettenoberfläche sicherstellen.
  • Aus der DE-A 3 217 573 ist eine als Formpressteil einstückig aus einem Gemisch von Fasern und einem wärmehärtbaren Kunstharz hergestellte Palette bekannt. Diese bekannte, zum Transportieren und Darbieten von Waren vorgesehene Palette ist in der Weise gestaltet, dass sie gleichzeitig eine Halb- und eine doppelte Viertel-Europalette ist. Sie besitzt zwischen halben Füssen an ihren Schmalseiten eine winkelförmig nach innen abknickende Rinne. Diese bekannte Palette ist nicht dafür geschaffen und auch nicht dafür geeignet, um an den Rändern eingehängt gelagert oder transportiert zu werden.
  • In zunehmendem Masse werden aber auch Paletten benötigt, welche beladen mit ihren Rändern in entsprechende Hubwagen eingehängt transportiert und deren Lagerung ebenfalls in entsprechend gestalteten Hängeregalen vorgenommen wird. Die bekannten Paletten sind für diesen Zweck nicht geeignet, weil sie nicht die erforderliche Biegesteifigkeit besitzen, denn die für einen solchen Einsatz vorgesehenen Paletten müssen eine Ladung von bis zu vier Tonnen aufnehmen können.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Palette der eingangs beschriebenen Art zu schaffen, welche an zwei ihrer Ränder aufliegend beladen transportiert oder gelagert werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass zwei einander gegenüberliegende Ränder der Palette mit mehreren, nach aussen gerichteten Stegenden versehen sind und die die an den Ecken der Palette angeordneten Füsse verbindenden Verbindungsstege einen bogenförmig nach innen gerichteten, keinen anderen Fuss mehr berührenden Verlauf aufweisen.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 6 enthalten. Sie ist nachstehend anhand der Fig. 1 bis 5 näher erläutert.
  • Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 die Draufsicht auf die Unterseite eines Ausführungsbeispieles der neuen Palette,
    • Fig. 2 die Palette gemäss Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Darstellung,
    • Fig. 3 die Draufsicht auf die Oberseite der neuen Palette in perspektiivischer Darstellung,
    • Fig. 4 die Seitenansicht auf den Rand der Palette, auf dem sie sich beim Transport und bei der Lagerung abstützt und
    • Fig. 5 eine Vorderansicht des Randes gemäss Fig. 4.
  • Wie aus Fig. 1 zu erkennen ist, besitzt die Palette insgesamt neun Füsse 1, von denen vier an den Ecken und die übrigen symmetrisch kreuzförmig dazwischen angeordnet sind. Die vier an den Ecken der Palette angeordneten Füsse 1 sind durch bogenförmig verlaufende Verbindungsstege 2 miteinander verbunden, welche in der Nähe der Füsse 1 ineinander und später in die Füsse 1 übergehen. Ausser den beiden Füssen1 am Ende der Verbindungsstege 2 wird von diesen kein weiterer Fuss berührt.
  • Bei der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Palette sind der rechte und der linke Rand diejenigen Ränder, auf welchen sich die Palette beim Transport und bei der Lagerung abstützt. Diese Ränder sind mit den nach aussen gerichteten Stegenden 3 versehen, deren Gestalt und Anordnung aus den folgenden Figuren noch deutlicher erkennbar sind. Ausserdem sind in der Nähe der Ränder der Palette zwischen den Füssen 1 weitere Verbindungsstege vorhanden, und zwar an dem Rand, an welchem die Stegenden 3 vorhanden sind, die nach aussen gewölbten Verbindungsstege 4 und an den beiden anderen Rändern die nach innen gewölbten Verbindungsstege 5. Weiterhin besitzt der im Zentrum der Palette angeordnete Fuss 1 die diagonal zu den Palettenecken hin gerichteten Stegenden 6.
  • In Fig. 2 ist die Unterseite der Palette gemäss Fig. 1 in der Weise dargestellt, dass der eine Rand der Palette mit den Stegenden 3 vorn liegt.
  • Fig. 3 verdeutlicht die Oberseite der Palette in perspektivischer Darstellung, wobei die Einzelteile mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen sind wie in Fig. 1.
  • Fig. 4 lässt besonders deutlich die Stegenden 3 erkennen, während aus Fig. 5 die breite, von einem Stegende 3 gebildete Auflagefläche 7 ersichtlich ist, mit weicher sich die eingehängte Palette im Regal abstützt.
  • Die Palette ist als Formpressteil aus einem Gemisch von Fasern, wie lignozellulosehaltigen Fasern, zerkleinerten und getrockneten Holzspänen, Bagassefasern u.ä. und einem wärmehärtbaren Kunstharz, wie einem Melamin-Harstofformaldehyd- oder Phenolformaldehydharz hergestellt. Anstelle der vorstehend genannten Fasern können aber auch Fasern anderer Werkstoffe, wie Glasfasern, Steinwolle oder Asbestfasern, allein oder mehrere derselben miteinander gemischt, verwendet werden, denen entsprechende, vorzugsweise organische, Bindemittel zugesetzt sind.

Claims (6)

1. Aus einem nicht steigfähigen Gemisch von Fasern und einem wärmehärtbaren Bindemittel unter Anwendung von Druck und Wärme einstückig gepresste Palette mit einseitig offenen, muldenförmigen, sich zur Öffnung hin erweiternden Füssen und diese verbindenen, rinnenartigen Verbindungsstegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei einander gegenüberliegende Ränder der Palette mit mehreren, nach aussen gerichteten Stegenden (3) versehen sind und die die an den Ecken der Palette angeordneten Füsse verbindenden Verbindungsstege (2) einen bogenförmig nach innen gerichteten, keinen anderen Fuss mehr berührenden Verlauf aufweisen.
2. Palette nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stegenden (3) V-förmig gestaltet und im Bereich der Füsse (1) angeordnet sind.
3. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die an den Ecken der Palette angeordneten Füsse mit den übrigen am Rand der Palette angeordneten Füsse verbindenden Verbindungsstege (4, 5) ebenfalls bogenförmig verlaufen.
4. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstege (4) nahe den mit den Stegenden (3) versehenen Rändern nach aussen gewölbt sind.
5. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsstege (5) nahe den nicht mit den Stegenden versehenen Rändern nach innen gewölbt sind.
6. Palette nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von dem im Zentrum der Palette angeordneten Fuss diagonal zu den Palettenecken gerichtete Stegenden (6) verlaufen.
