Description
Eine Untersuchung der Möglichkeiten zur Entschärfung des Parkplatz-Problems in den Ballungsgebieten der Großstädte ergab ein neuartiges Organisations- und Techniksystem, das durch eine erhebliche Reduzierung der Zahl der eingesetzten Personen-Kraftfahrzeuge die Parkplatzansprüche allgemein vermindert.An examination of the possibilities to alleviate the parking space problem in the metropolitan areas of the big cities revealed a new type of organization and technology system, which generally reduces the parking space requirements by a considerable reduction in the number of passenger vehicles used.
Zur Erreichung dieses Zieles ist dabei weder ein behördlicher Zwang noch eine Einengung der persönlichen Freiheit erforderlich. Eine bestimmte Organisationsform ermöglicht in Kombination mit Mitteln der modernen Technik gravierende wirtschaftliche Vorteile den Interessenten zu bieten.In order to achieve this goal, neither an official constraint nor a restriction of personal freedom is necessary. Sie kann zudem leichter die modernen Umweltforderungen wie z.B.
