Description
2.2. The invention relates to a container of the type according to the preamble of
In a known container of this type according to DE-A 28 52 725 filler neck, overflow line, connecting piece for ventilation lines and filling line as well as connection openings in a further partition, which additionally divides a chamber, with the two sheet metal parts for the two chambers with the first partition are not Can be produced in one piece and efficiently as molded plastic parts. In addition, this container is intended and applicable exclusively for cooling systems in which all the chambers of the container have the same pressure.
Die FR-A 2 484 533 beschreibt die Ausbildung des aus der DE-A 28 52 725 bekannten Behälters aus Kunststoff-Formteilen. An seinem möglichen Einsatzbereich in anderen als den oben beschriebenen Kühlsystemen ändert der Kunststoffaufbau jedoch nichts.FR-A 2 484 533 describes the formation of the container made of molded plastic parts known from DE-A 28 52 725. However, the plastic structure does not change its possible application in cooling systems other than those described above.
A 2 272 858 describes a cooler with an integrated storage container for vehicles. Here, a pressureless storage container is used, which is placed on the water tank of the cooler and is integrally connected to it. Here, a storage room in the water tank is functionally necessary, since otherwise the cooling water tubes would not be completely filled with water. As a result, a water-air mixture would be used for cooling during operation of the internal combustion engine, but this does not allow effective cooling for the known reasons.
Accordingly, this arrangement also does not show a storage container which has two separate chambers. Furthermore, due to the integration of the storage container on the cooling water tank of a cooler, this document shows no connection for a bypass ventilation line from a high point of the cooling system and no filling line to the suction side of a coolant pump.
It is an object of the present invention to design a container of the known type so that - apart from the functionally releasable parts to be attached, such as closure caps with valves, refill caps and level switches - all components, connections and openings can be molded onto the molded parts forming the two chambers and that one or two caps with valves can be assigned to one or both chambers in order to control the pressure build-up as required in a known manner.
The invention achieves a first solution to the problem by the characterizing features of
A second solution to the problem according to the characterizing features of
The container of the invention can be designed in its outer dimensions, in the arrangement of its connections and its also moldable fastening elements so that it is easily interchangeable with conventional single-chamber containers to improve the function of the cooling system on internal combustion engines already in use. Furthermore, the container can be structurally combined in a known manner with a cooler water tank and one of the molded parts of the container can be integrally molded onto a coolant water tank.
- Fig. 2 den Behälter nach Fig. 1 in Draufsicht,
- Fig. 3 den Behälter nach
- 1 is a partially balanced side view, a volume compensation vent and storage container for the cooling system of internal combustion engines,
- 2 is a plan view of the container of FIG. 1,
- Fig. 3 shows the container according to Figures 1 and 2 in cross section and
- Fig. 4 shows a modified embodiment of a container according to Fig. 1 in cross section.
The
The
The
Due to the fact that the three plastic molded parts for the two
Dieser Stutzen 119 mündet in den inneren Abschnitt 9 des Einfüllstutzens 6.The design of the
In the division plane 104 'located below, a
The only two-part design with a simplified lower molded part has a further reduced construction effort, but is equally versatile in the same way as the design according to FIGS. 1 to 3.
In an
