Abstract
Description
Anbau-Grabenfräse für den Anbau an Hydraulikbagger.Attachment trencher for attachment to hydraulic excavators.
The invention relates to an attachment trencher, which is attached to the frame of a hydraulic excavator next to the boom either directly or via an attachment, and in such a way that it can be folded back hydraulically or in another way, preferably in such a way that it is at rest above the engine cover of the excavator.
There are add-on trenches that are attached to the boom of hydraulic excavators. The disadvantage of attaching to the boom is that the trencher has to be constantly replaced with the backhoe in changing soil conditions, because as soon as the trencher encounters any obstacle, e.g. a larger stone, a root or pipes already in the ground, you can use it do not continue working. To continue digging the trench, the trencher must be dismantled and the backhoe attached. As an example, the excavator used the trencher to cut 500 m if it encounters an obstacle. Then you have to dismantle the trencher, drive back 500 m, attach the backhoe and then drive back the 500 m to the place where you could not continue milling. Now you work with the backhoe maybe 2 or 3 m and take out the stones. Then you remove the backhoe bucket and the milling machine again. Now you might mill 200 or 300 m again. Then you have to dismantle the milling machine, you have to close it again. drive back to get the bucket, attach it, then drive back to the job site. The excavator driver does this 2 or 3 times and then he sets the trencher aside because the whole process is too cumbersome and time-consuming is agile and too expensive for the entrepreneur. For this reason, these trenchers, which can be attached to the boom of an excavator, have not become established in areas with changing soil conditions. It was only through my invention, namely the combination of trencher and backhoe as so-called double equipment next to each other that the problem was solved. This arrangement has made it possible to combine the advantages of the trencher and those of the backhoe bucket in one implement, even with changing soil conditions. By mounting the trencher next to the backhoe and the resulting simultaneous availability of the trencher and backhoe, the above-described time-consuming and costly mounting and dismounting as well as moving back and forth are avoided. It is now possible for the excavator driver to hydraulically fold back the trencher and continue working with the backhoe and if there is milled soil again, to hydraulically fold down the trencher and continue working.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and is described as follows: a mounting frame (2) is attached to the frame (1) of the superstructure. A support arm (4) is mounted on this mounting frame so that it can rotate about an axis (3). A trench cutter with a hydraulically operated digging boom (5) is attached to this support arm. The mounting frame (2) and the support arm (4) are connected by a hydraulic cylinder (6) in addition to the axis (3). By actuating this hydraulic cylinder, the support arm with the trencher is folded upward, so that the trencher is in a rest or transport position. By lowering the support arm with the trencher attached to it and lowering the digging boom, the trencher is brought into the working position (8).
