Abstract

An einer Umformmaschine für blechförmiges Material (2), das besonders beim Biegen die unerwünschte Rückfe­ derungseigenschaft besitzt, ist eine Vorrichtung ange­ bracht, welche folgende Bauelemente bzw. Baugruppen enthält:
- ein Sensor (10, 20, 30, 60) detektiert beim Biegevor­ gang den Betrag und die Richtung der Biegung (X, α) des blechförmigen Materials (2) und/oder beim Zurückfahren des Werkzeuges (1, 3, 7) aus seiner SOLL-Position den Be­ trag und die Richtung der Rückfederung (ΔX, Δα) des vom Werkzeug (1, 3, 7) entlasteten blechförmigen Materials (2);
- ein nachgeordnetes Umformorgan (14, 28, 29, 36, 61) erzeugt elektrische Signale, welche dem detektierten Be­ trag und der Richtung der Biegung (X, α) und/oder Rückfe­ derung (ΔX, Δα) entsprechen;
- in einer elektronischen Schaltung (40) wird unter Be­ rücksichtigung der Materialkennwerte des blechförmigen Materials (2) und des Werkzeuges (1, 3, 7) sowie der detek­ tierten Biegung (X, α) und Rückfederung (ΔX, Δα) ein Signal für die SOLL-Position des Werkzeuges (1, 3, 7) erzeugt und gespeichert und auf Stellglieder (50) gegeben, welche das Werkzeug (1, 3, 7) in die SOLL-Position fahren.
