Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for fastening rails, preferably in the form of stock rails or travel rails with associated wheel handlebar stands in the area of switches and / or crossings, comprising a base plate for the rail with a rail fastening plate such as a sliding chair or wheel handlebar foot plate detachably arranged thereon, the rail fastening plate extends over the rail foot, and with at least one spring element interacting with the rail fastening plate.
- a rail fastening plate such as a sliding chair or wheel handlebar foot plate detachably arranged thereon
- the rail mounting plate is welded to the base plate in the form of a sliding chair or a wheel control foot plate and has a recess which extends beyond the rail foot and into which a spring element can be introduced, which extends from the rail mounting plate and is supported on the rail foot. This should ensure that one side of the rail foot is held down securely.
- a sliding chair is detachably arranged on a base plate by means of an elastic intermediate layer and one-sided by z. B. held a spring clip.
- Such a construction requires an undesirably frequent maintenance, since the one-sided fixing at the end of the sliding chair facing away from the stock rail is prone to failure.
- DE-V-70 31-816 a sliding chair is connected to a base plate by means of screws. A frequent check must therefore be carried out to determine whether the connection is still sufficiently firm.
- the object of the present invention is to design a device of the type described in the introduction in such a way that the rail can also be held down without the spring element acting directly on the rail foot and without the rail fastening plate necessarily being connected to the base plate by means of screws or the like .
- the spring element extends from the rail fastening plate and can be fixed on the side of the rail opposite the rail fastening plate and can be tensioned such that the rail foot can be held down by the rail fastening plate.
- the teaching according to the invention is characterized, inter alia, by the features that the rail fastening plate is arranged on the base plate in an easily replaceable manner, that the rail fastening plate itself acts on the rail foot to hold it down, and that the position of the rail fastening plate is held securely, since this practically on both sides of the rail foot is determined.
- a spring element runs laterally along the base plate, wherein each spring element can be sections of a U-shaped resilient bracket, the web connecting the legs of which is fixed with respect to the rail on the side of the base plate opposite the rail mounting plate.
- the rail fastening plate extends at least in sections laterally over the base plate, with a larger support and sliding surface for the switch tongue being obtained when used as a sliding chair.
- a corresponding possibility is not shown in the patents described above. If the rail fastening plate can extend laterally over the base plate, there is also the possibility that it extends along the side surface of the base plate, which results in guidance. These sections extending along the side surface of the base can simultaneously serve to receive the spring element or elements and act as a counter bearing during tensioning.
- the sliding chair is self-lubricating, for. B. is formed by embedded in the surface solid lubricant or lubricant-containing felt.
- the sliding chair can also be equipped with a lubrication system which preferably acts automatically. So z. B. a lubricant cartridge can be inserted laterally in the sliding chair, which by moving the tongue lubricant z. B. on holes in the plate on the slide chair surface to the required extent.
- a base plate 10 is shown, on which a rail mounting plate in the form of a sliding chair 12 is detachably arranged, on which a tongue, not shown, is displaceable such that it can be placed against a spacer rail 14 or at a distance therefrom.
- the sliding chair 12 extends laterally over the base plate 10 and thus offers a large sliding surface for the switch tongues.
- the sliding chair 12 protrudes with its front end 16 over the rail foot 18 in order to hold it down from the right side in the exemplary embodiment, whereas the left side of the rail foot 18 bears against a stop 20 and is fixed, for example, by a clamping plate or a spring element.
- spring elements 22 and 24 start from that can be fixed and clamped onto the stock rail 14 on the side opposite the sliding chair 12 on the base plate 10.
- This tensioning can take place via tensioning elements 26 or projections 28 which extend over the base plate 10 and extend from the base plate 10.
- the spring elements 22, 24, which can be, for example, bar springs, show in the non-tensioned state, for example, a course as drawn through below in FIG. 1 and provided with the reference symbol 30, whereas, in the tensioned state, the spring element shows approximately a course , which corresponds to the dashed line and is provided with the reference numeral 32. If the spring element 22, 24 is tensioned, it is ensured that the sliding chair 12 with its front section 16 lies firmly on the rail foot 18 and holds it down.
- a sliding chair 36 for holding down a rail foot 38 of a stock rail 40 is likewise shown on a base plate 34, the holding down of the rail foot 38 being brought about by direct interaction with a front section 42 of the sliding chair 36.
- the rail foot 38 abuts outgoing stops 44 on the side opposite the sliding chair 36 on the front base plate 34.
- Spring elements 46 and 48 extend from the sliding chair 36, which extend on the side surfaces of the base plate 34 and are fixed and tensioned on the base plate 34 with respect to the stock rail 40 on the side opposite the sliding chair 36. This can be done by means of protrusions 50 extending from the base plate 34, under which the spring elements 46 and 48 run in order to experience the required tension, which ensures that the sliding chair 36 holds down the rail foot 38 with its front section 42.
- the spring elements 46, 48 can also, for example are depressed by a bracing element 52 which extends over the entire width of the base plate 34 and are thus tensioned.
- the tensioning elements 50, 52 are assigned counter bearings 54, 56, which extend from the sliding chair 36 and run in the region of the side surfaces of the base plate 34 (FIG. 51). These counter bearings serve to tension the spring elements, which are designed, for example, as steel rod springs 5 and act as guide elements at the same time, as can also be seen in Fig. 5.
- the counter bearings 54, 56 are designed in the form of a groove in the direction of the spring elements 46, 48, in order to prevent them from sliding out in an uncontrolled manner.
- each spring element 46 and 48 is hook-shaped at the end arranged in the region of the sliding chair 36, in order to enable simple fastening.
- the spring elements start from lateral fastening devices 62, 64 of the sliding chair 12, which can simultaneously serve as guides for the sliding chair 12 on the base plate 10.
- the sliding chairs 12, 36 can additionally be fastened to the base plate 10, 34 by means of fastening elements such as screws 66, 68, without this necessarily having to be the case.
- FIG. 7 shows a particularly noteworthy embodiment of the fastening device according to the invention. So there is the possibility to fix the rail mounting plate on the base plate by so-called hold-down in such a way that even if the spring elements should become inoperative, it is ensured that the rail mounting plate cannot lift off the base plate in an uncontrolled manner and thus always interacts with the rail foot and holds it down .
- Protrusions 72 and 74 start from a base plate 70 and run in the longitudinal direction of the base plate 70 and can have a dovetail or hook shape on average. Any other geometry is of course also possible.
- the projections 72, 74 cooperate with corresponding recesses 76, 78, which are embedded in the underside of a rail fastening plate such as a sliding chair 80 or a control arm base.
- the recesses 76, 78 can start from the end face of the rail fastening plate or from a recess (not shown) embedded in the underside. Since the projections 72, 74 extend in the longitudinal direction of the base plate 70, they also serve as guide elements when moving the rail mounting plate 80 in the direction of the rail foot to be held down.
- a hold-down 82 is indicated in dashed lines, which hold the function described above, that is, to ensure that the sliding chair 12 remains on the base plate even if the spring elements 22, 24 should be broken, for example.
- the sliding surface of the rail mounting plate 80 is provided with a coating 84, which can be made of plastic or a non-ferrous metal alloy, for example. This ensures better sliding of the rail tongue on the sliding chair 80 and thus less wear than known sliding chairs. It can also be seen from FIG. 7 that the width-wise extent of the rail fastening plate 80 is greater than that of the base plate 70, so that there is consequently also an increased sliding surface.
- the rail mounting plate is released. After moving the rail around the worn area, the rail foot on the left side is held down using, for example, a spacer and a tension element, not shown. On the right side, the fastening is done again via the rail mounting plate, which has been moved to the right to the required extent.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for fastening rails, preferably in the form of stock rails or travel rails with associated wheel handlebar stands in the area of switches and / or crossings, comprising a base plate for the rail with a rail fastening plate such as a sliding chair or wheel handlebar foot plate detachably arranged thereon, the rail fastening plate extends over the rail foot, and with at least one spring element interacting with the rail fastening plate.
ä.Devices for fastening rails in the area of switches can be found, for example, in
In DE-B-11 42 378, a sliding chair is detachably arranged on a base plate by means of an elastic intermediate layer and one-sided by z. B. held a spring clip. Such a construction requires an undesirably frequent maintenance, since the one-sided fixing at the end of the sliding chair facing away from the stock rail is prone to failure. In DE-V-70 31-816 a sliding chair is connected to a base plate by means of screws. A frequent check must therefore be carried out to determine whether the connection is still sufficiently firm.
The object of the present invention is to design a device of the type described in the introduction in such a way that the rail can also be held down without the spring element acting directly on the rail foot and without the rail fastening plate necessarily being connected to the base plate by means of screws or the like .
The object is achieved in that the spring element extends from the rail fastening plate and can be fixed on the side of the rail opposite the rail fastening plate and can be tensioned such that the rail foot can be held down by the rail fastening plate. In other words, the teaching according to the invention is characterized, inter alia, by the features that the rail fastening plate is arranged on the base plate in an easily replaceable manner, that the rail fastening plate itself acts on the rail foot to hold it down, and that the position of the rail fastening plate is held securely, since this practically on both sides of the rail foot is determined.
In one embodiment of the invention, a spring element runs laterally along the base plate, wherein each spring element can be sections of a U-shaped resilient bracket, the web connecting the legs of which is fixed with respect to the rail on the side of the base plate opposite the rail mounting plate.
In a further embodiment of the invention to be emphasized, the rail fastening plate extends at least in sections laterally over the base plate, with a larger support and sliding surface for the switch tongue being obtained when used as a sliding chair. A corresponding possibility is not shown in the patents described above. If the rail fastening plate can extend laterally over the base plate, there is also the possibility that it extends along the side surface of the base plate, which results in guidance. These sections extending along the side surface of the base can simultaneously serve to receive the spring element or elements and act as a counter bearing during tensioning.
There is also the possibility that projections start from the base plate, which correspond to corresponding recesses on the underside of the rail fastening plate for holding it down on each. This ensures that the rail foot interacting with the rail fastening plate is also held down when the spring element or elements are, for example, tired or destroyed. If, on the other hand, the spring elements supported on the rail feet break according to the prior art or lose spring force, the latter is no longer held down.
Finally, it should be pointed out a special embodiment of the invention, which is characterized in that the sliding chair is self-lubricating, for. B. is formed by embedded in the surface solid lubricant or lubricant-containing felt. The sliding chair can also be equipped with a lubrication system which preferably acts automatically. So z. B. a lubricant cartridge can be inserted laterally in the sliding chair, which by moving the tongue lubricant z. B. on holes in the plate on the slide chair surface to the required extent.
Further details, advantages and features of the invention result not only from the claims, but also from the preferred embodiments which can be found in the drawing.

The devices shown in the figures are to be explained by way of example in connection with the holding down of stock rails in switches and / or crossings. Of course, there is also the possibility of using the device for fastening the inside of the running rail, along which the wheel handlebar stands run.
Accordingly, there is a direct interaction between the sliding
In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 3 to 6, a sliding
Alternatively, the
Below FIG. 4, as shown in FIG. 1, it is indicated how the
So there is the possibility to fix the rail mounting plate on the base plate by so-called hold-down in such a way that even if the spring elements should become inoperative, it is ensured that the rail mounting plate cannot lift off the base plate in an uncontrolled manner and thus always interacts with the rail foot and holds it down .
Protrusions 72 and 74 start from a
In Fig. 1, a hold-down 82 is indicated in dashed lines, which hold the function described above, that is, to ensure that the sliding
For example, the sliding surface of the
Attention is drawn to a particularly noteworthy application of the teaching according to the invention.
It is desirable to keep the distance between the tip and the opposite wing rail, ie the guide-free area, as small as possible in the area of a frog tip in order to reduce wear. To achieve this, it is necessary that the distance tolerances in the distance between the centerpiece tip and the guide rail in the area of the wheel handlebar stand are kept as small as possible. This also keeps the through groove small. As a result, the length of the guide-less area, and therefore also the wheel overflow area between the wing rail and the frog tip, is reduced.
In order to keep the tolerances small, it must be ensured that wear on the rail can be compensated for. This can be done by adjusting the rail in the direction of the wheel handlebar stand.
In order to move a rail around this area in the direction of a wheel handlebar stand, not shown, the rail mounting plate is released. After moving the rail around the worn area, the rail foot on the left side is held down using, for example, a spacer and a tension element, not shown. On the right side, the fastening is done again via the rail mounting plate, which has been moved to the right to the required extent.
