Device for positive feeding to print position and for printing slips of different size in electronic cash registers or accounting machines featuring a horizontal printing table with submergible stops for tags and slips comprising a first lateral stop (13) for tags limiting the positioning range of the printing tabel (9), a second lateral stop (14) for larger slips limiting the full positioning range of the printing table and a common rear stop (15) for tags and larger slips comprising tow tag feelers (35, 36) at the feed side that have been allocated to the first lateral stop (13) for tags and one slip feeler (41) at the feed side that has been allocated to the second lateral stop (14) for larger slips, the first lateral stop (13) for tags being submergible and the submergence of the stop (13) being performed by feeding a larger slip onto the mounting slope (21) of the free end of the stop, at an acute angle to the positioning edge of the printing table (9).

Device according to claim 1 comprising the tag feelers (35, 36) and the slip feeler (41) at the lateral stops (13,14) which, on actuation by feeding a larger slip, will activate the entire printing field and, on actuation of the two tag feelers (35, 36) by feeding the tag, exclusively a part of the printing field will be activated for the tag.

Device according to claim 1 or 2 comprising the tag and slip feelers (35, 36, 41) as contacting levers, parallel to each other and at an acute angle to the lateral stops (13, 14), of which the free ends are provided with a mounting slope (21) passing through the guide slot of the printing table (9).
4. Device according to claim 1 or 2 comprising the common rear stop (15) of submergible design and of which the end at the feed side has been provided with a mounting slope (31).
5. Device according to claim 1 or 2 comprising the first lateral stop (13) which, on submergence, will actuate a microswitch (23).
