Vitrinen dieser Art sind allgemein bekannt. Wird die Scheibe nämlich im Seitenrandbereich für ein bequemes türartiges Öffnen angeschlagen, sind entsprechende Ausschnitte vorzusehen, die ein Aufschwenken erlauben. Diese Ausschnitte bleiben aber immer offen, auch bei geschlossener Frontscheibe, und sind daher weder schön noch wegen der Durchfallgefahr praktisch. Die gekrümmten Frontscheiben werden daher meist auch kippbar angeordnet, was solche Ausschnitte vermeidet, aber durch die vorgekippte Scheibe wiederum den Zugriff ins Vitrineninnere beeinträchtigt. Werden hingegen nur ebene Teile der Frontscheibe als Türe ausgebildet, sind Randspalt und Beschläge voll im Hauptblickfeld, und es entsteht zudem nur eine unerwünschte kleine Öffnung in der Frontverglasung.Showcases of this type are generally known. Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe dadurch, dass sich einer der Beschläge, vorzugsweise der obere, mittels eines Ausstellarmes an der Vitrine abstützt und der andere Beschlag ein einerseits um die Sehne als Drehachse, anderseits um eine zur Sehne und zum Ausstellarm im wesentlichen senkrechte Drehachse bewegliches Doppelgelenk od. dgl. bildet. Der Ausstellarm zusammen mit dem Doppelgelenk erlaubt es, durch Vorkippen der Frontscheibe den einen Beschlag von der Vitrine abzuheben und damit den gekrümmten Bereich der Frontscheibe für eine Schwenkbewegung freizumachen, so dass sich nach dem Vorkippen die Frontscheibe zumindest um 90° aufschwenken lässt. Es gibt keine die Zugänglichkeit des Vitrineninnenraumes beeinträchtigenden Hindernisse mehr, und auch die Frontscheibe selbst kann mühelos und uneingeschränkt gereinigt werden. Zum Schliessen der Frontscheibe wird in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zuerst zugeschwenkt und dann zugekippt, und es liegt wieder eine saubere, durchgehende Frontverglasung vor. Braucht die Frontscheibe nur um einen Spalt geöffnet zu werden, ist es auch durchaus möglich, ohne ein Vorkippen die Frontscheibe einfach innerhalb der durch die gekrümmte Form gegebenen Grenzen wie eine Tür um die beiden Beschläge aufzuschwenken. Diese Schubstange bringt eine gute, seitenstabile Führung mit sich und gewährleistet ausserdem durch ihre beiden genau fixierten Endpositionen einen funktionssicheren Einsatz.
