Claims (9)

1. Verfahren zum festen elektrischen Verbinden von flexiblen Leitern mit einem Teil durch Widerstandsschweissung von mindestens einem in einem Schlitz des genannten Teiles angeordneten Leiter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiter (26) flexible Leiter mit grossem Durchschnitt sind, so wie Litzen, die dazu bestimmt sind, auf dem Ende einer Stromzuführfläche (14) mit abgeflachtem Durchschnitt befestigt zu werden, wobei mehrere Schlitze (34, 36, 38), deren Durchschnitt dem Durchschnitt des oder der zugeordneten Leiter entspricht, in dem Endabschnitt der Stromzuführfläche vorgesehen sind und seitlich durch Zähne (42) getrennt sind, die sich verformen können, wobei die Enden der Leiter ohne Spiel in die Schlitze eingefügt sind und dann elektrisch durch Widerstand an die genannte Stromzuführfläche geschweisst sind, so dass die genannten Zähne beim Schweissen verformt werden und die Enden der Leiter zusammenpressen.
2. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Reihe von Schlitzen (34, 36, 38) längs des genannten Abschnittes (40) anbringt, um einen Kamm zu bilden, zwischen dessen Zähnen (42) die flexiblen, zu verbindenden Leiter (26) eingefügt sind, wobei der mit Leitern bestückte Kamm in eine Presse (44, 46) plaziert und erwärmt wird, um in einem einzigen Vorgang die Befestigung der gesamten genannten flexiblen Leiter auszuführen.

Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rechteckigen Schlitze (34, 36, 38) die Dicke der genannten Stromzuführungsfläche (14) vollkommen durchdringen und dabei auf drei Seiten offen sind, in diesem Fall die grossen oberen und unteren Seiten und die Vorderseite der Stromzuführungsfläche, und dass die flexiblen Leiter (26) in die Schlitze eingefügt sind, so um sich senkrecht zu den genannten grossen Seiten zu erstrekken.
4. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Litzen (26) und die Stromzuführungsfläche (14) aus Kupfer sind, und dass die Schweissung ohne Hartlotauftrag ausgeführt ist.
5. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schweiss-Druck mehrere tausend Kilogramm je Quadratzentimeter und die Schweiss-Stromstärke mehrere Zehntausende Ampere beträgt.
6. Vorrichtungn zum elektrischen Verbinden von flexiblen Leitern mit einem Teil, mit wenigstens einem Schlitz zum Unterbringen des Endes eines Leiters, das elektrisch durch Widerstand an das genannte Teil geschweisst ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leiter (26) flexible Leiter mit grossem Durchschnitt sind, so wie Litzen, wobei das genannten Teil von einer Stromzuführfläche (14) mit flachgedrücktem Durchschnitt gebildet wird, und wobei mehrere Schlitze (34, 36, 38), deren Durchschnitt dem Durchschnitt des oder der zugeordneten Leiter entpricht, in dem Endabschnitt (40) der Stromzuführfläche angeordnet sind und seitlich durch Zähne (42) getrennt sind, die sich verformen können, so dass die Enden der Leiter ohne Spiel in die Schlitze eingefügt sind und dann elektrisch durch Widerstand an die genannte Stromzuführfläche geschweisst sind, und damit die genannten Zähne beim Schweissen verformen, welche die Enden der Leiter zusammenpressen.
7. Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 6, mit Verbindungslitzen (26) einer Stromzuführfläche (14) an eine Mehrzahl von Fingern (18) eines beweglichen Kontaktes (10) eines elektrischen Schalters, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere, mit einem oder mehreren Fingern (18) verbundenen Litzen (26) in einem selben Schlitz (34, 38) untergebracht sind.
8. Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden (32) der in einem selben Schlitz (34, 38) untergebrachten Litzen (26) in dem genannten Schlitz übereinander und/ oder nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
9. Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäss Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Litzen (26) senkrecht zu der Stromzuführfläche (14) erstrecken, am Ausgang der Schlitze (34, 36, 38), um sich schleifenmässig an die Kontaktfinger (18) anzuschliessen, die ungefähr mit der Stromzuführfläche (14) ausgerichtet sind.
