Claims (14)

1. Vérin manoeuvrable par un fluide sous pression, avec un dispositif pour amortir le freinage final du piston du vérin (14), présentant les caractéristiques suivantes:
a) il est prévu au moins une chambre d'amortissement (12, 44) qui est formée d'une paroi fixe par rapport au piston du vérin (14) et d'au moins une partie de la face du piston du vérin (14) qui ne reçoit pas la pression du vérin, ou bien d'une pièce de pression disposée du côté du piston du vérin (14) qui ne reçoit pas la pression et reliée positivement avec le piston du vérin (14);
b) il est prévu un dispositif d'étranglement (7) par l'intermédiaire duquel la chambre d'amortissement (12, 44) peut être mise à l'atmosphère, caractérisé par les attributs suivants:
c) du côté du piston du vérin (14) qui ne reçoit pas la pression du vérin est disposé un piston complémentaire (19,49) qui peut coulisser axialement par rapport au piston du vérin (14);
d) il est prévu un dispositif de freinage (40, 50) pour bloquer le piston complémentaire (19, 49) par rapport au cylindre (48);
e) le piston complémentaire (19,49) est conçu de façon telle que, dans l'état non bloqué, il peut se déplacer avec le piston du vérin (14), à une distance prescrite de ce piston et que, à l'état bloqué, il constitue la paroi fixe.
2. Vérin selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le piston complémentaire (19, 49) est disposé, avec possibilité de coulissement, sur une saillie du piston du vérin (14) qui s'étend axialement.
3. Vérin selon la revendication 1 ou 2, conçu à double action, caractérisé en ce que des deux côtés du piston du vérin à double action (14) est respectivement disposé un piston complémentaire (19, 49) qui entoure respectivement à la façon d'une couronne latige de piston (30) ou une saillie du piston du vérin (14).
4. Vérin selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage (38, 51) peut être manoeuvré par un fluide sous pression.
5. Vérin selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que pour amener le fluide sous pression au dispositif de freinage (38, 51 ) il est prévu une conduite de fluide sous pression (23, 56) flexible, en forme d'hélice et disposée dans le cylindre (48).
6. Vérin selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de freinage comporte un ou plusieurs éléments de freinage (40,50) qui sont disposés sur le piston complémentaire (19,49) avec possibilité de se déplacer radialement et que l'on peut amener en liaison par frottement avec la paroi intérieure du cylindre (48).
7. Vérin selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que pour le déplacement radial d'un élément de freinage (40, 50) il est prévu un piston du vérin (38, 51) que peut manœuvrer un fluide sous pression et qui est disposé dans ou contre le piston complémentaire (19, 49).
8. Vérin selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que pour manoeuvrer les éléments de freinage (40,50) il est prévu une chambre de fluide sous pression (39, 52) qui peut grossir à la façon d'un soufflet.
9. Vérin selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'amortissement est formée d'une saillie, en forme de piston, du piston du vérin ou du piston complémentaire et d'un évidement du piston complémentaire ou du piston du vérin, étant précisé que l'évidement sert à recevoir, de façon étanche, la saillie en forme de piston.
10. Vérin selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'amortissement (12, 44) est formée d'une saillie axiale centrée (43, 45) du piston du vérin (14) ou de la tige de piston (30) d'un vérin à double action, de la paroi intérieure du cylindre et du piston complémentaire (19, 49), qui est conçu sous forme de piston annulaire et qui est guidé, avec étanchéité, par rapport à la paroi intérieure du cylindre et à la saillie centrée.
11. Vérin selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par les attributs suivants:
a) sur la saillie centrée ou sur la tige de piston est prévue une butée (21, 61) pour le piston complémentaire (19,49);
b) il est prévu un ressort (42, 46) qui doit solliciter le piston complémentaire (19, 49) avec une force élastique pour l'éloigner du piston du vérin (14) et l'envoyer sur la butée (21, 62).

Vérin selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que dans une conduite de fluide sous pression par l'intermédiaire de laquelle un fluide sous pression peut parvenir dans une chambre de pression (12, 44) située entre le piston du vérin et le piston complémentaire, est disposé un clapet antiretour (10, 11) qui s'ouvre en direction de la chambre de pression (12,44).
13. Vérin selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le clapet antiretour est formé par une garniture d'étanchéité (17, 11) qui assure l'étanchéité du piston complémentaire (19,49) par rapport à la tige de piston (30).
14. Vérin selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étranglement (7) est disposé dans une conduite d'étranglement (8, 9) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle la chambre d'amortissement (12, 44) est reliée à unechambre du cylindre (5,35) formée par le piston du vérin (14).
