Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Einschieben einer eine Spitze und eine Längsachse aufweisenden Patrone in das Patronenlager des Waffenrohres einer selbsttätigen Feuerwaffe, die ein Waffengehäuse aufweist, enthaltend: - einen Patronenzuführkanal, der neben dem Waffenrohr angeordnet ist;

  • - einen hin- und hergehenden Verschluss zum Einschieben der Patronen aus dem Patronenzuführkanal in das Patronenlager des Waffenrohres;
The invention relates to a device for inserting a cartridge having a tip and a longitudinal axis into the cartridge chamber of the weapon barrel of an automatic firearm, which has a weapon housing, comprising: a cartridge feed channel which is arranged next to the weapon barrel;
  • - A reciprocating closure for inserting the cartridges from the cartridge feed channel into the cartridge chamber of the gun barrel;
  • - Guide elements for deflecting the cartridges located in the guide channel against the weapon barrel.

In a known device for feeding cartridges to a firearm (see US-A-3 955 469) there is a receiving housing with a transverse feed channel for receiving the belted ammunition. The receptacle housing is attached to the weapon and contains a reciprocating breech which is arranged coaxially to the weapon barrel and is moved by a breech carrier. There is a first deflection pawl, which, however, is rigidly attached to the housing and is not pivotably mounted. There is also a pawl that serves as a backstop, but is not designed as a deflection pawl. Furthermore, a second deflection pawl is pivotally mounted, which is, however, only held resiliently and which can deflect under greater forces.

In another known device for feeding cartridge belts to an automatic firearm (see US-A-2 875 671) so-called insertion levers are arranged, which are actuated with the aid of control cams and which laterally move the cartridges out of the cartridge feed channel against the weapon barrel, whereupon the Cartridges are pushed into the cartridge chamber of the weapon barrel through the breech. The control cams are operated by the returning gun barrel. This second device is complicated and expensive and requires many additional organs that are susceptible to faults.

The present invention aims to provide a simple, reliable device which is independent of spring forces on the one hand and which on the other hand does not require any additional actuators.

  • - eine Stütz- und Ablenkklinke, die sich - in Schussrichtung der Waffe gesehen - hinter dem Führungsorgan befindet und ein Abgleiten der Patrone vom Führungsorgan verhindert;
  • - diese Stützklinke ragt in den Patronenzuführkanal und ist im Bereich der einzuschiebenden Patronenspitze im Patronenzuführkanal schwenkbar gelagert, wobei die Schwenkachse parallel zur Längsachse angeordnet ist;
  • - diese Stützklinke weist eine Führungsfläche auf, die sich gegenüber den im Patronenzuführkanal angeordneten Patronen befindet;
  • - diese Stützklinke weist ferner eine Stützfläche auf, die sich gegenüber dem Waffengehäuse befindet und quer zur genannten Führungsfläche gerichtet ist;
  • - diese Stützklinke ist durch die Patronen ausschwenkbar und bildet mit der genannten Stützfläche einen Anschlag, der ein unbeabsichtigtes Zurückgleiten der Patronenspitze in den Patronenzuführkanal und ein Ausweichen der Patronen gegenüber dem exzentrischen Vorschub durch den Verschluss verhindert;
The device according to the invention, with which this object is achieved, is characterized by
  • - A support and deflection pawl, which - as seen in the firing direction of the weapon - is located behind the guide element and prevents the cartridge from sliding off the guide element;
  • - This support pawl protrudes into the cartridge feed channel and is pivotally mounted in the area of the cartridge tip to be inserted in the cartridge feed channel, the pivot axis being arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis;
  • - This support pawl has a guide surface, which is located opposite the cartridges arranged in the cartridge feed channel;
  • - This support pawl also has a support surface, which is located opposite the weapon housing and is directed transversely to said guide surface;
  • - This support pawl can be swung out through the cartridges and forms a stop with said support surface, which prevents the cartridge tip from slipping back into the cartridge feed channel and preventing the cartridges from escaping from the eccentric feed through the closure;
  • - This support surface has a stop which in one position of the support pawl rests against a fixed stop, whereby the support pawl forms a backstop which prevents the cartridge tip from sliding back into the cartridge feed channel after the cartridge has actuated the support pawl and after the cartridge has been turned on was pushed past the guide surface of the pawl and protrudes into the weapon housing.

An embodiment of the device according to the invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing.

  • Fig.2 einen Schnitt nach Linie 11-11 in Fig.1.
It shows:
  • 1 shows a longitudinal section through part of a firearm
  • 2 shows a section along line 11-11 in Fig.1.

Eine nicht dargestellte Umschaltvorrichtung sorgt dafür, dass sich immer der eine oder andere patronenzuführkanal (12, 13) in Arbeitsstellung befindet, während der andere ausgeschwenkt ist.1 shows a part of the weapon housing 10 of a firearm, to which a weapon barrel 11 is attached at the front. Two cartridge feed channels 12 and 13 are pivotally attached to the barrel 14 on the weapon housing 10. The left cartridge feed channel 12 is shown pivoted out, so that no cartridges can be fed from this channel 12 to the weapon. The right cartridge feed channel 13, on the other hand, is in the working position, so that the cartridges 23 can be inserted into the gun barrel 11 from this channel 13. The pivoted-out position of the cartridge feed channel 13 is indicated by dash-dotted lines. A switching device (not shown) ensures that one or the other cartridge feed channel (12, 13) is always in the working position while the other is pivoted out.

A lock 15 is slidably mounted in the weapon housing 10. This closure 15 is shown in its rearmost position in FIG. 1, it has a closure head 16 and a control piece 17, as well as two bolts 18. The control piece 17 is displaceably arranged in the closure head 16. In the foremost position of the closure head 15, the control piece 17 projects between the two bolts 18 and presses the latches 18 into recesses 19 of the weapon barrel 11, so that the locking head 16 is locked in the weapon barrel 11. In the rearmost position of the lock 15, the control piece 17 is behind the bolts 18 and thus the lock head is unlocked. The closure 15 is displaced in the usual way in one direction by a not shown spring and in the other direction by the gas pressure. The cartridge belts are also conveyed in the cartridge feed channels 12 and 13 in the usual way. Neither is therefore described further here.

When the breech 15 is moved from its rearmost position to its foremost position (from right to left according to FIG. 1), the breech 15 abuts with the edge 22 against the bottom 36 of the cartridge 23. The cartridge axis is inclined with respect to the weapon axis. The cartridge 23 is deflected at a deflection device 24 and pushed into the weapon barrel 11. The cartridge 23 is then ignited by an ignition pin 25 of the control piece 17. This deflection device 24, which is shown in more detail in particular in FIG. 2, is the subject of the present invention.

According to FIG. 2, the above-mentioned feed channels 12 and 13 each have a side wall 34. The cartridges 23 move along these side walls 34 in the feed channels 12, 13 against the weapon barrel 11 in the direction of the arrows AA. The two deflection devices 24 on the right and left of the weapon barrel 11 have the task of directing the tip of the cartridges 23 against the weapon barrel 11, as can be seen in particular from FIG.

Die Ablenkklinke 39 besitzt eine Schwenkfläche 44sowie eine Stützfläche 45.These two deflection devices 24, which are mirror images, each have a housing 38, in each of which a deflection pawl 39 is pivotally mounted about an axis 40. In a bore 41 of the housing 38 there is a sleeve 42 which contains a spring 43 which is supported on the one hand on the bottom of the sleeve 42 and on the other hand on the bottom of the bore 41 and has the endeavor to press the sleeve 42 against the deflection pawl 39 and to keep this deflection pawl 39 in the position shown. The deflection pawl 39 has a swivel surface 44 and a support surface 45.

The operation of the described device is as follows:

When the trigger of the weapon, not shown, is actuated, the breech 15 is released and is moved to the left in FIG. 1 by the force of the forward spring, also not shown, i.e. he runs against the gun barrel 11 and thereby abuts the cartridge 22 with the edge 22. The cartridge 23 is thereby pushed into the gun barrel 11 and ignited in the usual way by the firing pin 25.

When the cartridge 23 is inserted into the weapon barrel 11, the deflection device 24 ensures that the cartridge tip does not touch anywhere, but rather is pushed exactly into the cartridge chamber of the weapon barrel 11.

As soon as a cartridge 23 is inserted into the weapon barrel 11, the cartridges in the right cartridge feed channel 13 (FIG. 2) move in the direction of the arrow A through the cartridge feed device (not shown). This movement causes the cartridge 23 located in the vicinity of the deflection device 24 to move against the Swivel surface 44 of the deflection pawl 39 pressed. Against the force of the spring 43, the deflection pawl 39 is pivoted clockwise and the cartridge 23 comes to rest against the support surface 45 of the deflection pawl 39. When the cartridge 23 is inserted through the breech 15 into the weapon barrel 11, the cartridge 23 lies on the support surface 45 at. This support surface prevents the cartridge 23 from being inadvertently pushed back into the feed channel 13 when it is inserted into the weapon barrel 11.
