Claims (5)

1. Sealing cap with spout comprising:
- a cylindrical cap body (1) whose upper plate comprises central means diametrically traversing said plate, the cap body being provided with a central aperture (4);
- a spout (8) provided with a vertical lug (15), said spout being equipped with guiding means (11) and being movable in said central means, and comprising a pipe system (12, 13) constituted in two parts;
- a rotating cover (16) provided with a window (19), a guiding ramp (21) of specific shape situated in the front part of said cover, said ramp cooperating with the lug of the spout, during rotation of said cover;

the cover (16) and the cap body (1) comprising suitable gripping means (23) and (6) to ensure the fastening of the cover (16) on the cap body (1), the pipe system (12,13) of the spout being such that the orifice of pipe (13) is opposite the aperture (4) in position for use,
said cap being characterised in that:
. said central means are constituted of a central groove (2) of rectangular cross-section;
. said spout (8) has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped whose ends constituting the front (9) and the back (10) are rounded and whose lateral faces contain said guiding means;
. and that the back of said spout is so hollowed as to constitue a spring blade (14).

Sealing cap according to claim 1, characterised in that the guiding ramp (21), integral with the central plate (17) of the cover (16), extends from the periphery of the cover towards the center of the latter, its shape being such that, by rotation of the cover and in cooperating with the vertical lug (15) of the spout (8), said spout (8) remains first fixed in the groove (2) until the front (9) of said spout is entirely visible through the window (19) and then comes out of the groove (2) by a translation movement until the orifice of the pipe (13) is opposite the aperture (4) of the cap body (1).

Sealing cap according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterised in that the distance between the two ends of the ramp (21) of the cover (16) and the distance between the vertical lug (15) and the orifice of the pipe (13) of the spout (8) are substantially equal to the radius "r" of the cover (16).
4. Sealing cap according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the inner part of the plate (17) of cover (16) has a semispherical shape (22) directed towards the inside of said cover (16).
5. Sealing cap according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the aperture (4) of the cap body (1) comprises a sealing ring (5).
