Zufolge solcher Ausgestaltung ist eine herstellungstechnisch einfache, zuordnungsgünstige Skalenleiste für Ablegemappen oder dergleichen erzielt: Zufolge der in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Präge-Rippen und -Vertiefungen ist die Zuordnungslage vorgegeben. Es kann nicht mehr zu einer ungenauen, insbesondere schiefen Anbringung kommen. Der verschiebliche Reiter läuft dadurch auch in dem ihm zugedachten Bereich. Der formschlüssige Ineinandergriff nimmt die üblichen Belastungskräfte, die bspw. im Zusammenhang mit dem Verschieben des Reiters auftreten, schadfrei auf. Die eigentliche Fixierung kann im Wege einer Klebeverbindung erfolgen. Andererseits besteht eine vorteilhafte Zuordnungsart in einer Klipsverbindung, wozu die Präge-Rippen dann hinterschnittene Präge-Vertiefungen hintergreifen. Eine andere vorteilhafte Zuordnungsart besteht auch darin, dass die Präge-Rippen und -Vertiefungen heissverformt sind unter gleichzeitigem Heissversiegeln der Skalenleiste mit der Befestigungsrandfläche. Baulich vorteilhaft ist es im übrigen, dass die Skalenleiste auf ihrer Rückseite eine Präge-Rippe besitzt, der auf der Skalenleisten-Vorderseite eine Nut zugeordnet ist und die in eine von zwei Präge-Rippen gebildete Präge-Vertiefung der Befestigungsrandfläche ragt. Die Nut entsteht durch entsprechenden Ebenenversatz im Bereich der mittleren Befestigungszone. Dadurch, dass weiterdie rückseitige Präge-Rippe in der Längsmittelebene der Skalenleiste verläuft, entsteht eine vorteilhafte Führungsrinne für ein den Reiter verlagerndes Schiebewerkzeug, wie bspw. ein Bleistift oder Kugelschreiber. Schliesslich besteht noch eine vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung darin, dass die Eingriffsräume an den Stirnenden verschlossen sind durch im Bereich mindestens der Befestigungsrandfläche vorstehende, über das Ende der Skalenleiste umgefaltete Fahnen der Ablegemappe oder dergleichen.
