Description

The invention relates to a device for tipping a bucket that can be moved on an inclined elevator or the like. Using a carriage that can be moved on rollers on guide rails of the inclined elevator, which has a support frame that is tiltably supported on the carriage via a pivoting lever, which is locked against tilting with attachments of the carriage and by an overrun linkage can be unlocked and a tilting frame slidingly guided on the carriage is provided between the carriage and the support frame.

Inclined lifts are mainly used in the construction or auxiliary construction industry and are used to transport payloads such as stones, wood, gravel, insulating material or the like from bottom to top and, where applicable, overburden such as rubble or the like from top to bottom. For this purpose, for example, buckets are required which are secured against tipping in their holders during the procedure on the inclined elevator and which have to tip the goods to be transported at the upper end, possibly also at the lower end, with a tilting movement relative to the carriage carrying them. The tilting movement is effected by the same cable pulling device (winch), which pulls the slide mounted on rollers along the guide rails of the inclined lift. At the upper end of the inclined elevator, the travel movement of the carriage is practically converted into a tilting movement of the supporting frame that carries the bucket. The invention is concerned with the improvement of such a tilting device.

In a device known from DE-A-2 739 981 for tipping, there is at the upper end of the support frame a forward-facing extension or a forward-facing lever which is rotatably displaced on the support frame and rotatably on the carriage. The tilting axis displaced on the slide or on attachments of the same is located far in the front area of the slide and far in front of the center of gravity of the load, so that considerable force must be used to initiate the tilting process. The components claimed in connection with this must be designed accordingly strong. In addition, the rear end of the support frame experiences a strong skidding movement because the rear end of the support frame has to rotate about the axis lying at the very front.

There are also devices after the hour. T. known, in which a diagonal forward upward extension is arranged in a kinematic reversal at the front free end of the sled (always seen in the elevator direction), which is rotatably connected to the sled and pivotally connected to the support frame of the bucket. Since this is only a kinematic reversal without a fundamental change in the leverage ratio, the disadvantages described above exist in the same way. Both solutions after the hour. T. has in common that the load must be raised very high in the course of the tilting movement, which requires a corresponding machine performance. This has the disadvantageous effect that considerable tension initially builds up in the rope, which then, after a certain tipping angle, is released almost suddenly, so that the remaining tipping takes place in an unpleasant skidding movement.

Another disadvantage of the known devices is that the above-described kinematics leads to the fact that the front pouring opening of the bucket is in a fully tilted state immediately in front of the front end of the guide rail of the inclined elevator, so that the bulk goods are partially on the free end in unfavorable conditions the inclined elevator is tilted.

The invention has set itself the task of eliminating the aforementioned disadvantages and creating a device of the type mentioned, in which the most continuous and uniform movement of the load takes place during the tipping process and the front end of the support frame or a bucket arranged thereon as possible is tilted far in front of the free end of the guide rails of the inclined elevator. At the same time, it is an object of the invention to improve the effective locking of the support frame on the slide during the transport of the bucket along the inclined elevator, while at the same time ensuring that reliable automatic unlocking takes place before the tilting movement is initiated.

The invention achieves the stated object in a device of the type mentioned in that the pivoting lever is rotatably mounted on one end via a clip axis arranged in the elevator direction behind the front, upper roller, and on the other hand in the area of the front half behind the front third the support frame length is rigidly connected to the support frame. According to the solution according to the invention, the support frame is thus supported approximately in an area which lies in the front half, but behind the front third of the support frame length. For this purpose, an approximately L-shaped angle lever is provided which engages the supporting frame with its upstanding leg in the above-mentioned area and is rotatably displaced with its approximately horizontally extending leg behind the front roller.

According to a special feature of the invention, the tilt axis of the support frame is arranged behind and below the front, upper roller, so that the effective length of the pivot lever can be increased. This has the advantage that the non-rotatable with the End of the pivot lever connected to the support frame - and thus the load resting on the support frame at this point - only has to carry out a slight “lifting movement” (ie a movement in the sense of lifting). The "L-shape" proves to be advantageous because a pivot lever designed in this way can pivot far forwards without colliding with the front transverse belt of the slide. The bearing of the tilt axis of the pivot lever is advantageously arranged on the bracket or rocker arm, which also carries the bearings of the upper rollers or lower rollers.

The invention further proposes that the pivot lever is arranged on the outside of the aforementioned console; this has the advantage that the support frame is supported on the broadest possible basis.

The connection between the upstanding leg of the L-shaped pivot lever and the support frame is made by welding the upstanding leg of the angle lever to the central cross belt of the support frame.

In the known devices, a sliding frame - or tilting frame - is used, which is slidably guided on the one hand in guide profiles of the carriage and, on the other hand, is rotatably connected to the supporting frame.

According to a further feature of the invention, it is proposed that the upstanding leg of the approximately L-shaped angle lever carries the pivot bearing for a tilting frame that is guided in the slide. The pivot bearing is now no longer in the support frame itself, but in the lever connecting the support frame to the slide. This results in smaller structural dimensions of the tipping frame.

With the features described above it is achieved that, in particular due to the tilting axis shifted to the rear and deeper compared to the known devices and the moved back and rotatable fastening between the pivot lever and the support frame, the front free end of the support frame lowers approximately to the same extent as the rear free end of the support frame lifts during the tipping process. So there is no more one-sided spinning movement around a very far forward pivot point. The load therefore does not have to be lifted on one side; rather, the moments are predominantly balanced. As a result, less effort is required for the tilting movement; this in turn leads to lower rope tension and to a softer tipping, which ultimately results in material protection.

In a further embodiment, the invention proposes in a device for tipping the type mentioned at the outset that the overrun lever of the overrun linkage on the front transverse belt of the carriage and the locking device of the overrun linkage between the rear transverse belt of the support frame and the central transverse belt of the carriage are arranged at approximately half the width thereof is. With regard to the arrangement of the pivoting lever described above, there is a locking mechanism which is displaced sufficiently far to the rear relative to the pivoting lever, so that - for. B. in the event of improper loading - the moment acting on the area of the support frame lying in front of the pivoting lever can be safely absorbed by the lock. The locking mechanism is in the middle, i.e. halfway across the frame, i.e. the support frame cannot lift off on the left or right side.

The overrun lever located in the front area, on the other hand, is arranged off-center on the front cross belt of the slide; this arrangement leaves enough room for the course of the cable between and next to the pulleys. The overrun linkage thus runs diagonally over the length of the carriage with respect to half a width of the carriage.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.

In Fig. 3, 31 denotes a rope, which is double around the rollers 32 and 33 and fixed at 34. The free end runs in the direction of arrow 35 and is guided around a roller, not shown, to the drive. The front roller 33 is displaced between the upper belt plate 22 and the lower belt plate 23; the rear roll between corresponding belt plates, of which only the belt plate 36 can be seen in FIG. 3. The belt plate 36 is rotatably connected about the rear cross belt 39 to the longitudinal belts 37 and 38 of the tilting frame 11; the tilt frame 11 has an additional rear cross belt 39 serving as an axis and a front cross belt 40. The rear cross belt 39 is slidably guided with corresponding stub axles 41 in the longitudinal belts 19 and 20 of the slide; the front cross belt 40 engages with its assigned axes of rotation 42 the pivot levers 8, which are pivotable about their tilt axes 2.

As long as the run-up lever 12 is in the position shown in FIG. 4 and as long as the locking pin 42 is in the position also shown in FIG. 4, the cable pull acting in the direction of arrow 35 will transport the entire slide along the guide rails 18. When the overrun lever 12 runs up against the stop (not shown), the overrun linkage 13 will move to the right in the image plane and the locking pin 15 will slide out of the catch 43, so that the locking device 15 is deactivated. Since the front end of the carriage 1 simultaneously runs against a stop, the pull of the rope 31 now acts on the rope pulleys 32, moves the tilting frame 11 to the right in the image plane (see FIG. 2) and thus pivots the pivoting lever in a clockwise direction, so that a bucket arranged on the support frame 3 can be tipped out. From Fig. 2 it can be seen that the front end of the support frame in the direction of travel lowers while the rear end rises; the swivel lever itself moves only slightly upwards during the tipping process, so that only small forces have to be applied as a result of the favorable load support. The front end of the support frame moves sufficiently far in front of the front end of the slide in a clockwise rotation.
