Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

The invention relates to a drive device for a vehicle door, which is suspended as an inner or outer swing door or folding door on a rotating column provided with a drive crank, the actuating torque being able to be reduced by an emergency release system.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

It is known to arrange in the roof area above the door a pivotably mounted compressed air cylinder which can be acted upon from both sides, the piston rod of which engages the crank rod which is firmly connected to the rotating column. Since the doors are usually designed as double doors, two compressed air cylinders are required for each door system. Additional means are required to lock the doors when closed. However, it is also known to let the compressed air stand in order to keep the door leaves in the closed position against wind pressure and vibrations. For security reasons, the doors have an emergency opening system. A so-called emergency valve is mainly used for this purpose, the actuation of which reduces the air pressure so that the door can be actuated by hand when the cylinder is depressurized. In an emergency, the passenger must overcome the piston friction in the cylinder and displace the trapped air, which costs additional power.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The invention has for its object to provide a particularly simple and reliable electromotive drive that can optionally operate single or double-leaf doors synchronously, that does not require any special locking elements on the door side and that is equipped with an emergency release device.

It is particularly important that the emergency opening of the door does not require any special effort.

This object is achieved in that a drive disk provided with a toothed ring is mounted on a base plate fastened in the door rotating area by means of a vertical axis of rotation, that this drive disk has at least one eccentric pin on the underside, which is connected to the drive crank via a push rod, that above the drive disk an electric motor with a gearbox is arranged, the motor and gearbox are mounted on a rocker arm and that this rocker arm is controlled by a link connected to the emergency release system, which causes the center distance between the drive pulley and the floating driven gear wheel, which is required for uncoupling.

In a preferred embodiment, the horizontally lying drive disk is arranged such that the driven pin assumes a dead position when the door leaf is closed, which can be overcome with the aid of an emergency release lever. It is particularly advantageous to first decouple the drive with the emergency release lever and then inevitably lead the drive disk out of the dead position.

In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a base plate which e.g. can be attached in the roof area of the vehicle above the center line of a double-leaf inner swing door. A drive disc 2 is supported on one side on this plate by means of a vertical axis 8. The outer edge of this disk has a toothing and is in engagement with an output gear 3 of a geared motor 4 indicated by dash-dotted lines. The rotor shaft of motor 4, the axis 5a of which is indicated by dash-dotted lines, drives the output gear 3 via a worm gear. The drive pulley 2 is rotatably mounted on the base plate 1 via a pin 8. It carries on its underside two eccentric pins 10, 11 on which cranked push rods 12, 13 are mounted. The position of the push rods 12, 13 shown in solid lines represents a dead center position or, better, slightly dead center position, which corresponds to the closed position of the door leaves. By turning the drive pulley 2 counterclockwise, the opening of the door leaves is initiated. The cranking of the push rods is required so that in each case the push rod of one door leaf can reach around the pin of the other door leaf and around the pin 8 in the dead center position. Exploiting the dead center of the crank has the great advantage that 2 small closing forces are achieved on the door seals with a small driving force on the drive disk and that the door leaves keep themselves in the closed position by slightly exceeding the dead center.

In der Schliessstellung stossen die Schubstangen 12, 13 gegen die Zapfen 11 und 10.14, 15 indicates adjustable screw connections in the push rods with which the closing positions of the door leaves can be finely adjusted. In the closed position, the push rods 12, 13 push against the pins 11 and 10.

With 31 a rocker is designated, which is pivotally mounted by means of an eccentric screw 18 and which carries the motor 4 via the gear. By turning it counterclockwise the driven wheel 3 is uncoupled from the drive pulley 2. This movement is forced via the pin 31a by a link 32 which is rotatably mounted on the axis 8 above the disk 2 and whose lever arm 32a is connected to the core 19a of a Bowden cable 19. The guide 19b of the Bowden cable is screwed to an angle plate 45, which also carries the limit switches 16, 17. If the Bowden cable is actuated via the emergency release lever (FIGS. 6 and 7), the link 32 first pushes the pin 31a to the right via the cutout 32b until the connection to the drive is released. In this phase, the link 32 abuts the stop pin 33 seated on the disc 2, so that this disc is taken counterclockwise while overcoming the dead center. This makes it very easy for the passenger to push open the door fully by hand after flipping the emergency release lever. On the axis 8, a leg spring 9 is arranged between the disc 2 and the link 32, which returns the link to the starting position when the Bowden cable is relieved and thereby engages the transmission again.

When the door is operated normally, the reversible motor 4 is switched on by a control command in the closing or opening direction and stopped at the end of the process by the respective limit switch. Adjustable cams 41, 42, which are fastened in circumpolar grooves 43, 44, serve to control the limit switches.

In Figure 2, 1 again designates the base plate, which is connected to the axis 8, the screw 18 and the angle plate 45. The output gear 3 of the worm gear 6, 7, which forms a unit with the motor 4, rolls on the external toothing of the drive disk 2. The link 32 and the rocker 31 can be seen above the drive pulley 2 and the driven wheel 3. The motor 4 is fixedly connected to the rocker arm 31 via the housing of the transmission 6, 7 and cast bolts 46, 47. It is pivoted with the coupling 32 and the rocker 31 when coupling and uncoupling. A slip clutch 30 is provided between the output shaft 21 of the transmission 6, 7 and the output wheel 3 and is pressed together by a helical spring 22.

The rotary or door pillar 24 of the right door wing, the associated crank 25 and the push rod 12 can be seen from FIG. The closed position is drawn with solid lines (25), the open position with dash-dotted lines (25 '). The actuation angle is 80 °, for example. A spline connection 26 is provided between the door pillar 24 and the crank 25. With 27 the door pillar bearing is designated.

The housing of the door pillar bearing 27 is welded onto the carrier plate 20. The crank 25 is welded to the rotatably mounted bushing 28, which has a splined profile on the inside. The counterpart of the spline connection sits on a shaft 29 which merges into the door pillar. The splined shaft connection 26 shown transmits high torques and at the same time permits vertical height compensation and certain deviations in the angle between the carrier plate 20 and the door pillar 24.

Fig. Is a section along the line AB in Fig. 1. Motor, transmission, push rods and base plate are arranged between a dash plate 20 indicated by dash-dotted lines and the curved roof structure 23 also shown in dash-dotted lines. The upper parts of the limit switches 16, 17 can be seen behind the angle plate 45.

Fig. 6 shows the emergency release lever 34 which is rotatable about the axis 35 and forms a unit with the eccentric lever 36. With 37 a pin is designated, which carries the pull rope 19a of the Bowden cable 19 via a rope thimble 38. The parts mentioned are arranged on both sides of a handle plate 39.

The handle plate 39 is placed on the body panel 40. Due to its control curve 32b, the link 32 causes the required center distance between the drive pulley 2 and the driven wheel 3 of the floating motor to be switched on. The force components present between the driven gear and the drive pulley are intercepted with the aid of the backdrop. It is also advantageous that the link uncouples the drive pulley from the driven gear of the motor without great effort.

Bester Weg zur Ausführung der ErfindungBest way to carry out the invention

The entire drive device is assembled and pre-adjusted by the manufacturer. When installing in the vehicle, only fine tuning is required.

Gewerbliche VerwertbarkeitCommercial usability

The described invention is particularly advantageous in the case of double-leaf swing doors, because one single, inexpensive drive system is sufficient. But it is also suitable for single-leaf swing or folding doors, in which case the drive pulley is only equipped with a push rod.
