Demgemäss vermag dieser Sperrschieber 5 zufolge der Inanspruchnahme einer der beiden Einsteckbuchsen durch einen Steckerstift stets in Richtung der benachbarten freien Buchse auszuweichen. Beim Einstecken eines Schutzkontaktsteckers erfolgt diese Verschiebung durch die Steckerstifte nach unten (oder ohne Anschlag auch nach oben) hin und beim Einstecken zweier Europa-Flachstecker zwangsläufig zur Mitte hin über die unbenutzte dritte Buchse. Um den Verstellvorgang mechanisch zu unterstützen, verfügt der Sperrschieber 5 gemäss der Darstellung in Fig. 3 beispielsweise über eine dachartige Abschrägung, die von einer Firstdiagonalen nach beiden Seiten hin verläuft und den Sperrschieber 5 zufolge der Druckbeaufschlagung durch einen Steckerstift leicht in die vorgegebene Richtung ausweichen lässt. Claims (8)

1. Electrical safety socket of a concealed, surface-mounted or (multiple) appliance design for the selective insertion of two two-pin European-type flat plugs or a conventional safety plug, wherein the pole contact bush portions (1) are disposed in the region below the insert opening in the outer cover (6) inside the base portion (3) parallel to the centrally situated safety clamp and widen-out towards each end to enclose a respective additional bush for the accommodation of flat plug pins, characterised in that, to prevent the accidental insertion of a three-pin plug at right angles to the predetermined insert facility for the safety plug or for the two European-type flat plugs, a blocking slide (5) of insulating material is provided, which slides loosely over each of the two resilient arms of the pole contact bush portions (1) and is thereby guided by the rim of the corresponding base recess (2), the blocking slide being such that it is automatically deflected by the plug pins of a safety plug or of both European-type flat plugs, but effectively eliminates the possibility of a three-pin plug being inserted if such a plug is improperly inserted transversely into one of the two pole contact bush portions (1).
2. Safety socket according to claim 1, characterised in that the blocking slides (5) are formed from a U-shaped piece of plastics material which slidably engages with its two leg-type extension portions over the resilient arms of a pole contact bush portion (1).
3. Safety socket according to claim 1, characterised in that the blocking slides (5) are formed from a T-shaped piece of plastics material which is slidably guided between the resilient arms of a pole contact bush portion (1) by means of its longitudinal leg portion.

Safety socket according to claims 1 and 2 or 3, characterised in that, for the engagement of a plug pin in the sliding direction, the blocking slides (5) are provided on the surface of their crosspiece member with a sloping configuration which slopes down from a transverse diagonal towards both sides in a roof-like manner.
5. Safety socket according to claims 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that, for the engagement of a plug pin in the sliding direction, the blocking slides (5) are inclined on the surface of their crosspiece member towards both sides by means of hemispherical indentations.
6. Safety socket according to claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the blocking slides (5) are reliably retained on the pole contact bush portions (1) by means of the inner wall of the insert opening, which is supported on the rim of the base recess (2, 3) for said blocking slides during the assembly process from sides of the outer cover (6).

Safety socket according to claims 1 and 6, characterised in that the blocking slides (5) are each retained on the respective pole contact bush bars (1), which are inserted from the rear end into the common base portion (3) of multiple sockets, beneath respective perforate crosspiece members of this base portion (3) above the central pair of bushes.

Safety socket according to claim 1, characterised in that the two blocking slides (5) are combined to form a cover plate, which is adjustable to a limited extent in a planar or radial manner, above the six insert bushes (1) provided, the cover plate being displaceably mounted on the base portion (3) or on the outer cover (6) beneath the insert opening and being provided with suitably disposed or adapted (insert-type) through-apertures for blocking the use of a three-pin plug.
