Abstract

Le dispositif, le procédé et la feuille d'emballage décrits dans la présente invention permettent d'obtenir des emballages refermables. Dans le procédé ci-décrit, une pellicule plastique (10) est débitée en continu d'un rouleau (12) pour recevoir une bande collante. Cette étape du procédé peut être exécutée de plusieurs façons. Pendant sa progression, la pellicule peut entrer en contact avec des lames parallèles écartées (18) qui découpent de cette pellicule une bande longitudinale pour créer un orifice (24) et laisser des bandes parallèles écartées de pellicules. Dans une variante, la coupure peut être effectuée par une lame unique (17) et la pellicule est séparée le long de cette coupure pour créer les bandes parallèles écartées, ou bien on peut encore utiliser deux bandes parallèles (8 et 9) sans coupure. Pendant son défilement la bande collante (28) est amenée en alignement avec l'ouverture de la pellicule qui vient d'être créée et elle est appliquée sur la pellicule pour obtenir une adhérence permanente sur la face de la pellicule, produisant ainsi une bande de pellicule recombinée contenant une bande adhésive. Les bandes de pellicules sont ensuite soudées sur au moins tous les bords ne comportant pas de bande adhésive selon un procédé conventionnel, tel que le soudage à fil chaud, et sectionnées pour produire un sac refermable. L'emballage produit est un sac généralement rectangulaire dont trois bords (116 et 118) sont soudés de manière permanente, mais qui comprend à son intérieur la bande adhésive (102) disposée à proximité et sur toute la longueur du quatrième bord.
