Der Oberteil (4) besteht aus einem das Bandstück (1) im Verbindungsbereich lediglich oberseitig übergreifenden, fla­ chen, plattenförmigen Auflagestück (5) mit zumindest einem sich abwärts erstreckenden, eine längsschlitzförmige Aus­ nehmung (23) im übergriffenen Bandstück (1) durchgreifen­ den Riegelzapfen (8), und der Unterteil ist von einem den Zwickelraum der Schlaufe (11) einnehmenden Keilkörper (10) gebildet, der eine Rastaufnahme (19) für den oder die Riegelzapfen (8) des Oberteils (4) aufweist und mit dem Bandende (1) verbindbar ist.
