Claims (7)

1. Brenner-Reguliereinheit zur Verwendung in einem Ofen, die eine Brennstoff- und Primärluftdüse und eine Sekundärluftdüse hat, mit:
a) einer Luftreguliereinheit (10), die einen Körper sowie einen Einlaß (15) im Körper, um Sekundärluft in die Luft reguliereinheit einzulassen, und einen Auslaß im Körper hat, um Selundärluft in den Ofen strömen zu lassen,
b) einer axialen öffnung durch den Körper, zur Anbringung der Brennstoff- und Primärluftdüse (40, 44, 46) relativ zum Körper, so daß der Körper die Düse umgibt, gekennzeichnet durch
c) einen Spiralabschnitt (22) im Körper zur gleichförmigen Verteilung der Luft rund um die axiale öffnung, der einen Spiraldurchgang hat, welcher sich spiralförmig einwärts in Richtung eines Sekundärluftstromes durch ihn hindurch windet, und ein Luftventil (13) im Körper der Luftreguliereinheit (10) und benachbart dem Einlaß (15), welches Luftventil (13) stromaufwärts des Spiralabschnitts (22) angeordnet ist.
2. Brenner-Reguliereinheit nach Anspruch 1, weiter mit einer Schirmflügelanordnung (5), die zunächst dem Auslaß angeordnet ist, um die Luftreguliereinheit (10) gegen Strahlungswärme des Ofens zu schützen, wobei der Auslaß eine Achse hat und die Schirmflügelanordnung (50) im wesentlichen vollständig eine Ebene senkrecht zur Achse des Auslasses bedeckt, ohne den Auslaß hinsichtlich der Luftströmung wesentlich zu beschränken.
3. Brenner-Reguliereinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das Luftventil (13) ein einziges bewegliches Ventilschließglied zur Steuerung des Luftstromes durch das Ventil (13) hat.
4. Brenner-Reguliereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, bei der das Luftventil (13) und die Luftreguliereinheit (10) mit dem sich einwärts windenden Spiralabschnitt (22) zusammen ein Sekundärluftregister bilden, das innerhalb eines Windkastens angeordnet ist, der Luft einer Mehrzahl von Sekundärluftregistern liefert.
5. Brenner-Reguliereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, bei der die Luftreguliereinheit (10) zusammen mit ihrem sich einwärts windenden Spiralabschnitt (22) eine Kohlenstaub-Zerstäuberdüse umgibt, durch die Kohlenstaub und Primärluft in den Ofen entreten.
6. Brenner-Reguliereinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, bei der der sich spiralförmig einwärts windende Durchgang in Richtung der Einwärtsspirale im Querschnitt abnimmt.
7. Brenner-Reguliereinheit nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Brenner-Luftreguliereinheit (10) in einem Windkasten angeordnet ist, der die Selundärluftzufuhr vorsieht, wodurch der Einlaß des Luftregisters seine Sekundärluft vom Windkasten zugeführt erhält.
