Description

The invention relates to a screening device, in particular for the screening out of different materials such as household waste, compost or the like, in which supports are arranged between the side walls of a frame or on a frame, on which, individually or in groups, can be removed and / or slidably attached Sieve bars are held on one side.

Screening devices with bar grids, in which the bars lying next to one another at a distance are clamped only on the feed side and are completely exposed on the delivery side are known. In particular, due to the exposed ends of the rods, these sieve grids cannot become clogged and are therefore particularly well suited for difficult sieving processes, such as, for. B. with household waste with its composition of different partly. sticky materials are also given.

A disadvantage of the known screening devices of this type is that they are difficult to adapt to different compositions and thus the operating requirements of the goods to be sorted, since the bar grates, as are known, for example, from US Pat. No. 3,241,671, into the screening devices in the Usually rigidly installed.

In the journal "Processing Technology " Volume 22 No. 7 of July 1981, in particular on page 396 there are general indications that greater variability can be achieved by variable rod attachment to the screening devices. However, there are no concrete features to achieve this of the desired success.

The present invention is therefore intended to achieve the object of creating a screening device for the purpose mentioned at the outset, which can be adapted in a very short time to the most varied properties of the goods to be sorted using simple means and thus enables optimum use of the screening device.

To achieve this object, a sieve device is proposed according to the invention, in which the sieve bars attached to the supports which are pivotably mounted on the side walls or on the frame are held in support members which are designed as prismatic or semicircular guides and which have foot parts engaging under the clamping rails, the clamping rails also projections extending over the length of the beams are connectable.

The sieve bars can be firmly connected to the support members. Expediently, however, they should be slidable or detachable in the prism or semicircular guides by means of releasable clamping devices in the longitudinal direction of the rods.

The guides of the support members of the sieve bars can be designed for adjacent bars with different inclinations, so that adjacent bars diverge towards their free ends, creating widening or narrowing screen slots. It is also possible to adjust the different inclinations of the sieve bars by simply rotating the support members through 180 °, in which case only a single embodiment of support members is required for two different rod inclinations.

As a rule, the sieve bars are designed as round bars or tubes, but they can also be triangular or similarly shaped bars which are arranged in such a way that the openings between adjacent bars widen below the feed side of the material to be sieved, with the result that material that has passed through the sieve slots can no longer get caught.

In the case of a screening device of this type, a plurality of supports with rows of screening bars can be arranged between the side walls of the frame or on the frame with one another, optionally offset from one another. It is also possible to provide supports in combination with rows of sieve bars and sieve fabrics in a manner known per se.

The frame, on which the supports for the sieve bars with their supporting members, and optionally the additional sieve trays, are firmly attached, can be connected to a vibration device common to the sieve trays.

In the case of a screening device with supports mounted on a frame, the device can be expanded as desired according to the modular system, in that only the frame is expanded and the same supports are always attached to the frame with the screening and vibration units.

In Fig. 1, 10 denotes a side wall. Carriers 12 for the bars 13 are arranged between two of such side walls, the figure showing an upper row of bars and a lower row of bars. A vibrating device 11 is arranged on the side walls 10 in a manner known per se. Above the attachment of the rods 13 to the supports 12, cover plates 15, 16 are provided, by means of which dirt, garbage or the like. Fixes on the fastenings of the rods on the supports.

Below the sieve rows, in the embodiment of the invention according to FIG. 1, a sieve bottom 27 is also arranged, in which sheets 28 which are shaped like folds are fastened to each end of the sieve fabric and are hooked on and connected to a tensioning device. In the middle part of the sieve bottom support tubes 29 can be provided to support the sieve fabric.

The combination shown ensures that bulky material and fibrous material such as rags, plastic bags or the like are retained by the rods and do not clog the sieve bottom. On the other hand, long narrow objects that could fall through between the bars can still be caught by the sieve bottom.

In the support 12 shown in Fig. 2, 19 discs 18 are attached to the end faces of a square tubular structure, with which the support can be held and stored on the side walls of the screening device. On the upper part of the tubular structure 19 projections 20 are welded, so that there is a wide support surface for the support members 17 for the rods 13. In the projections 20 there are bores 21 distributed over the entire beam length, through which screws 25 can be passed, which engage in the clamping rails 22. With these clamping rails, the support members 17 for the rods 13 are held on the support 12.

The support members 17 for the rods 13 have a prism body 14 and a foot part 23 with lugs 26 which engage under the clamping rails 22 and are braced by the latter on the carrier 12. When the clamping rails 22 are loosened, the support members 17 with the rods 13 can be removed from the carrier 12 or can also be laterally displaced on the latter, so that different gap widths or spreadings between the rods can also be easily adjusted.

Fig. 3 shows a support member 17 on its own, in which a prism body 14 is welded onto a foot part 23 with lugs 26. 2, the rods 13 are placed on the prism body. You can be welded to the prism body 14 and thereby form a unit with it, but it is also within the scope of the invention that the rods 13 only rest on the prism body and by a clamping tab, for. B. a counter prism 30, which is pressed by screws, are clamped on the prism body. In this way, it is possible to replace only individual rods without their support member when worn.

The triangular bars 24 can lie with their pointed sides in a prism body 14, the clamping can take place here by a flat plate 42.

In den Figuren 5 bis 7 sind noch weitere Beispiele für die Befestigung der Siebstäbe an den Rohrkonstruktionen der Träger dargestellt.FIGS. 5 to 7 show further examples of the fastening of the sieve bars to the tubular structures of the supports.

In the case of the tubular construction 32 welded together from flat steels with the end disks 18 of FIG. 5, the upper flat steel has projections 34. On this upper cover of the tubular structure 32, there are the support members for the sieve bars 13, which are denoted overall by 17 and which lie in prismatic or semicircular guides 14. The support members with the rods are held on the pipe construction by means of bow screws 40, for which purpose holes or slots are provided in the projections.

The support members 38 for the semicircular guides 14 of the rods 13 rest on the rail with the projections. The support members have tabs in which holes are provided for the passage of screws 39. With these screws, clamping tabs 36 are clamped against the projections 30 on the support tube 33. The support members and thus the rods 13 can be attached to each other at any distance. The rods 13 are here, as can also be seen in FIG. 7, held in semicircular guides 14, of which the lower ones are welded to the foot part 37 and the upper ones are clamped by means of clamping plates 42 by means of stud bolts 41 which are screwed into the foot parts 37.
