Device according to any one of Claims 3 to 6, characterized in that the speed of the last prestretching roll (C2) is varied, the said roll being driven by a motor (M2) which is continuously actuated by a servo valve incorporated in the servo control (SC) and reacting to the signals supplied by the film tension sensor (CT).
8. Device according to Claim 7, characterized in that the motor (M2) is a hydraulic motor.
