Description

The invention relates to a roof snow catcher with a flat support part lying on the roof and a wall-like, essentially flat catch part which extends perpendicularly to the support part at least over part of the width of the support part and which is arranged by an approximately vertical and flat support device and by one the upper edge region of the catching part with the support part connections and obliquely to these, the wall-like support part is supported on the support part.

Such snow guard holders are known. In the known designs, the closing part adjoining the triangular snow guard nose on its underside is guided parallel to the supporting part below or above and connected to the latter. It has been shown that due to the snow pressure, this attachment point is heavily loaded and there is a risk of tearing open. Likewise, there is a risk that the snow guard nose kinks the support part by the pressure on the catching part and the snow guard nose is thereby bent.

A roof snow catcher that is specified in the preamble of claim 1 is already known - according to DE-U-7 727 905. This consists of a flat support part, a perpendicularly extending, vertically projecting catch part and a centrally arranged, extending in the longitudinal direction of the support part supporting wall. In addition, a wall-like supporting part connecting the upper edge region of the catching part to the supporting part and extending obliquely to it is also provided. Such a known roof snow catcher has a relatively high strength, but is not stackable and therefore difficult to transport.

It is also - according to DE-U-7 805 740 - a roof snow catcher with an arc-shaped support part for corrugated roof panels and a vertically projecting catch part known. This is supported on the supporting part by three supporting walls running in the longitudinal direction of the supporting part. This roof snow catcher is also not stackable.

The present invention eliminates these disadvantages in that the inclined support part is connected to the support part at its lateral edges to form a hat-shaped snow guard nose open towards the support part through the support device formed from two spaced support walls, the support part under the snow guard nose has a vertical opening and the support part, catch part and support wall are inclined to one another. With such a hat-shaped design of the roof snow catcher, a relatively high kink and pressure resistance can be achieved even with thin-walled manufacture. Since there is a particularly long connection between the nose and the supporting part, there is also a high resistance to tearing. The slightly conical design of the hat-shaped snow guard nose makes stacking very advantageous for storage and transport.

It is also possible according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention that the hat-shaped snow guard nose formed from the support part, catch part and support wall is pulled out of the support part. By pulling, the snow guard nose can be pulled, for example, from a metallic supporting part and is connected in one piece to the supporting part, that is to say absolutely securely. In addition, the one-piece construction provides secure stiffening.

The roof snow catcher can be made of metal, e.g. B. with drawn noses, but also made of plastic, but also from a support part made of metal and a catch part made of plastic or from other variations of different suitable materials, both parts can be manufactured in a suitable material-adapted manner. It is also possible for the hat-shaped snow guard nose to be fastened at its lower end. has tongues that are connected to corresponding training on the support member. The material of the support part and catch nose can be the same or different, that is metal and plastic or only metal or only plastic. This makes it possible to connect flat support parts separately and compactly and to send the snow guard lugs stacked as well. Different designs of snow guard lugs with a shape that best corresponds to the respective roof pitch can be exchangeably attached to one and the same supporting part. Different snow catcher noses could be used for one type of support part. On the other hand, it is also possible to vary the supporting parts to adapt to the respective roof shape, i.e. for nailing to the roof or for hanging in bricks, for hanging in roof battens or the like, and to choose the most appropriate shape of the snow guard nose for the different supporting parts. The attachment can be done by screws, rivets but also welding or the like.

The invention is explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings.

In Schrägansicht.1 shows an oblique view, FIG. 2 shows a side view, FIG. 3 shows a view from above and FIG. 4 shows a first embodiment of the invention, FIGS. 5 to 7 show the corresponding views of a second embodiment, in which the Snow guard nose can be connected to the supporting part by a plug connection, with different positions of the plug connections being shown in side view and partial section in FIGS. 8 to 10, FIG. 11 showing a detail of the plug connection in an oblique view.

In the embodiments, an im essentially flat supporting part 1 a catch lug 2 or is integrally formed with such. The catch lug 2 has a catch part 8 which extends approximately perpendicular to the supporting part and then has a support part 11. The support part 11 and the catch part 8 are supported by two spaced-apart support walls 10, which form a support device. A separate fastening part can be used to hang the support part 1 into a brick or roof batten.

Ebenso kann eine Schraub- oder Klebeverbindung verwendet werden.1 to 4, an embodiment is shown, which is formed in one piece, wherein the retaining lug 2 is deep-drawn from the sheet metal material of the supporting part 1 or is injection molded together with the supporting part from plastic. A welded connection between a specially produced catch lug 2 and a supporting part is also possible. A screw or adhesive connection can also be used.

The other variants show plug connections between the support part 1 and the catch lug 2. Of course, the variants of the catch part can have a fixed connection instead of the plug connection. 5 to 7 show the variant of the catch nose shown in FIG. 1 with a plug connection, eyelets 6 being provided in the supporting part. These eyelets 6 have been formed with a drawing machine. In a fastening web 9, which is integral with the catch nose, recesses 7 are punched into which fastening tongues 18 protrude. The tongues 18 serve to fasten the catch 2 on the support part, they are inserted into the opening of the eyelets 6, whereby the fastening takes place. Since several rows of such eyelets 6 are provided, it is possible to change the position of the catch on the fastening part as required. This is shown in detail with reference to FIGS. 8 to 11.

An adjustable snow guard nose in the appropriate shape can be used for a wide variety of slat distances. Of course, the exemplary embodiments leave open variants that fall within the scope of the invention. The individual details shown can be interchanged.
