So werden Großrohre wegen der begrenzten Ladehöhe auf Lastkraftwagen und Bundesbahnwaggons üblicherweise im Dreierpack transportiert, d.h. in der Lücke zweier benachbarter Rohre befindet sich ein drittes Rohr, so daß die Verbindungslinien der Rohrachsen ein gleichseitiges Dreieck bilden. Beim Umladen in den Stauraum eines Schiffes müssen die Rohre des Dreierpacks im Hinblick auf eine optimale Raumausnutzung jedoch in eine Planlage nebeneinander gebracht werden, so daß die Verbindungslinie der Rohrachsen in einer Ebene liegt. Um das zu ermöglichen, werden die Rohre üblicherweise mit Hilfe zweier sie im Abstand ihrer Enden umschlingender Ketten verladen, so daß sich die Rohre nach dem Ablegen auf dem Boden des Transportraumes bzw. einer dort bereits vorhandenen Rohrlage und dem Lösen der Ketten in eine Lage nebeneinander bewegen können. Ein derartiger Rahmen läßt sich leicht am Haken eines üblichen Verladekrans befestigen und daher ohne Umrüstung überall einsetzen. Um die Tragfinger senkrecht aufeinander zu- oder voneinander wegzubewegen, kann der Rahmen teleskopierbar, d.h. mehrteilig ausgebildet und mit einem Verschiebeantrieb versehen sein. Die Transportvorrichtung besteht aus einem Rahmen 1 mit zwei verschiebbar ineinandergeführten Rahmenteilen 2, 3. Die Gelenkstäbe 10 bis 13 sind in Gelenkpunkten 14, 15 an den Rahmen 1 befestigt und in weiteren Gelenkpunkten 16, 17, 18 gelenkig miteinander verbunden. In diesen Gelenkpunkten sind auch die der Anzahl zu verladenden Rohre ensprechenden auswechselbaren Tragfinger 19 gelagert. Ändern sich die Zahl und die Durchmesser der zu verladenden Rohre, dann brauchen durch einen leichten Umbau lediglich die Zahl und/oder die Längen der Gelenkstäbe mit den zugehörigen Tragfingern geändert werden. Im Einzelfall hängt die Notwendigkeit einer Änderung jedoch von dem jeweiligen Rohrdurchmesser ab.
