Ein Falzapparat dieser Art ist aus der DE-C 226 943 bekannt. Bei dieser bekannten Anordnung wirkt die Rillrolle direkt mit einer einlaufseitigen Umlenkwalze des unteren Bändersatzes der Bandführung zusammen. Es besteht daher die Gefahr, daß die der Rillrolle zugeführten Produkte ihre Ausrichtung verlieren und seitlich verrutschen, was zu Ungenauigkeiten bei der nachfolgenden Herstel- lung eines Falzes führt. Dies wird hier dadurch noch verstärkt, daß die mit der Rillrolle zusammenwirkende Umlenkwalze mit einer der Rillrolle zugeordneten Nut versehen ist, wodurch sich der Niveauunterschied zwischen der durch die Bänder der Bandführung definierten Transportebene und dem der Rillrolle zugeordneten Gegenlager vergrößert. Besonders negativ auf die erzielbare Genauigkeit wirkt es sich bei der aus der DE-C 226 943 entnehmbaren Anordnung zu dem noch aus, daß die Produkte aufgrund der hier nicht erforderlichen seitlichen Beweglichkeit nicht zuverlässig gegen seitliche Bewegungen gesichert werden können. Die der mit der Rillrolle zusammenwirkenden unteren Umlenkwalze zugeordnete obere Umlenkwalze ist hierbei zwar so angeordnet, daß sich ein schräg nach unten weisender Einlaufspalt der Bandführung ergibt. Hiermit ist jedoch keine seitliche Fixierung der Produkte möglich, da im Bereich des entgegen der Produktlaufrichtung sich erweiternden Einlaufspalts keine zuverlässige Knickung der Produkte erfolgt. Ganz abgesehen davon besteht bei der bekannten Anordnung gemäß DE-C 226 943 aber auch die Gefahr, daß die unter die Rillrolle einlaufenden Produkte während des Rillvorgangs nicht zuverlässig abgestützt sind, was sich negativ auf die Schärfe der Rillung auswirken kann.A folder of this type is known from DE-C 226 943. Bei einer Befestigung der Rillrolle am Rahmen der Längsfalzeinrichtung ergibt sich in vorteilhafter Weise eine automatische Verstellung der Rillrolle bei einer seitlichen Verstellung der Längsfalzeinrichtung. Die vom Falzklappenzylinder 1 etwa mittels einer Aushebezunge 15 abgenommenen Produkte werden durch eine Bandführung 16 mit Oberbändern 17 und Unterbändern 18, zwischen denen die Produkte aufgenommen sind, zum Schwertfalzwerk 7 transportiert. Die Bandführung 16 läuft zwischen Falzschwert 8 und Falzwalzen 9 hindurch. Die Seitenwandungen 13 sind hierzu mit entsprechenden Einlaßschlitzen 19 versehen. Zur Erleichterung der Herstellung des zweiten Längsfalzes und zur Erhöhung der hierbei erzielbaren Falzgenauigkeit werden die mittels der Bandführung 16 dem Schwertfalzwerk zugeführten Produkte an der dem zweiten Längsfalz zugeordneten Stelle gerillt. Hierzu ist eine als Ganzes mit 20 bezeichnete Rilleinrichtung vorgesehen, die mit einer Rillrolle 21 versehen ist, unter welcher die zu rillenden Produkte hindurchgeführt werden. Die Rilleinrichtung 20 ist fluchtend mit der durch das Falzschwert 8 bzw. den Spalt zwischen den beiden hierunter angeordneten Falzwalzen 9 definierten Falzlinie oberhalb der Bandführung 16 an der einlaufseitigen Seitenwandung 13 des quer zur Falzlinie verstellbar gelagerten Rahmens der Längsfalzeinrichtung 7 befestigt. Die Rillrolle 21 ist somit automatisch auf die Falzlinie eingestellt und wird bei jeder Verstellung der Längsfalzeinrichtung 7 automatisch mitverstellt. Unterhalb der Rillrolle 21 ist eine als Gegenwalze dienende Umlenkwalze 22 der Bandführung 16 mit Auflage 23 vorgesehen, die als Rillgegenlager dient. Die in das Schwertfalzwerk einlaufenden Bänder 17 bzw. 18 der Bandführung sind seitlich gegenüber der durch das Falzschwert 8 definierten Falzlinie und damit auch seitlich gegenüber der Rillrolle 21 versetzt. Zur Abstützung der auf den Unterbändern 18 aufliegenden Produkte im Bereich der Rillrolle 21 ist diese Gegenwalze mit einem aufgesetzten bzw. angeformten Ring versehen, dessen Dicke der Banddicke entspricht. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist zur Bewerkstelligung einer derartigen Abstützung der Produkte unterhalb der Rillrolle 21 ein Mittelband 23 vorgesehen, das im Bereich unterhalb der Rillrolle 21 umgelenkt ist und daher nicht zwischen die Seitenwandungen 13 einläuft. Die Rillung der Produkte erfolgt hierbei im Bereich des Einlaufs zum Schwertfalzwerk 7. Da die bereits quergefalzten Produkte aus mehreren Lagen bestehen, so daß sich ein vergleichsweise weiches Bogenpaket ergibt, kann hierbei die Rillrolle 21, ohne eine Beschädigung der Produkte befürchten zu müssen, verhältnismäßig stark an diese angedrückt werden, was in vorteilhafter Weise eine scharfe Rillung ergibt und somit eine hohe Genauigkeit bei der Herstellung des zweiten Längsfalzes erwarten läßt.For ease of manufacture of the second longitudinal fold and to increase the achievable fold here g enaui g ness the fed by means of the tape guide 16 to the knife-products to the associated second longitudinal fold position grooved. Die Anpreßfeder 29 ist rahmenseitig in einer zugeordneten Bohrung 30 der Halteplatte 25 aufgenommen. Im Bereich des Lagerhebels 26 ist zur Aufnahme der Anpreßfeder 29 eine einstellbare Muffe 31 vorgesehen. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Muffe 31 als in ein zugeordnetes Gewinde des Lagerhebels 26 eingreifende Gewindemuffe ausgebildet, die mit einer Sechskantausnehmung 32 zum Ansetzen eines Stellschlüssels versehen ist. Das Stellorgan 28 ist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel als an einem zugeordneten Lagerbock 27 der Tragplatte 25 schwenkbar gelagerte Schraube ausgebildet, welche den zugeordneten Arm des Lagerhebels 26 durchsetzt und mit einer Stellmutter, im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel einer feststellbaren Doppelmutteranordnung 33 versehen ist, an welcher der zugeordnete Arm des Lagerhebels 26 anliegt. Durch Öffnen der Doppelmutteranordnung 33 und Drehen der Stellmutter kann die Rillrolle 21 mehr oder weniger angehoben bzw. abgesenkt werden.The grooving device 20 forms, as can best be seen from FIG. 2, an assembly mounted on a support plate 25 which can be fixed by screws 24 on the inlet side wall 13. The actuator 28 is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a pivotally mounted screw on an associated bracket 27 of the support plate 25, which passes through the associated arm of the bearing lever 26 and is provided with an adjusting nut, in the illustrated embodiment of a lockable double nut arrangement 33, on which the associated arm of the Bearing lever 26 rests. Zur Gewährleistung einer genauen seitlichen Justierbarkeit der Rillrolle 21 ist diese seitlich verstellbar gelagert. Hierzu ist die Rillrolle 21, wie Fig. 3 weiter erkennen läßt, auf einem an eine in einen der Gabelschenkel eingeschraubte Schraube 35 angesetzten Zapfen 36 aufgenommen, der mit seinem Ende in eine den anderen Gabelschenkel durchsetzende Büchse 37 eingreift, die mittels einer Schraube hieran festlegbar ist und gleichzeitig als einstellbarer Lageranschlag für das die Rillrolle 21 aufnehmende Wälzlager 38 dient. Die Schraube 35, die mit einem Kopf zum Ansetzen eines Schlüssels versehen ist, ist mittels einer am zugeordneten Gabelschenkel anlaufenden Kontermutter 39 feststellbar. Die Höhe der auf der der Rillrolle 21 zugeordneten Umlenkwalze 22 laufenden Bänder 18 wird durch einen aufgezogenen Ring bzw., wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, durch ein zwischen die Bänder 18 eingesetztes Mittelband 23 ausgeglichen.To accommodate the creasing roller 21, the associated arm of the bearing lever 26, as can best be seen in FIG. 3, is provided with a fork 34, the legs of which comprise the creasing roller 21. Vorstehend ist zwar ein besonders bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert. Beispielsweise wäre es auch ohne weiteres möglich, die Rillrolle 21 auf einem im Bereich der Seitenwand 13 verschiebbar gelagerten Schlitten aufzunehmen. In jedem Falle reicht eine einzige, von derselben Seite wie das Falzschwert 8 auf die unter ihr vorbeigeführten Produkte einwirkende Rillrolle aus. In den beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispielen ist die Rillrolle nicht angetrieben und wird einfach durch die unter ihr vorbeigeführten Produkte mitgenommen. Es wäre aber auch ohne weiteres denkbar, die Rillrolle mit einem Zwangsantrieb zu versehen. Zur Gewährleistung einer soliden Führung der Produkte während des Rillvorgangs kann die Bandführung 16 im Bereich vor der Rillrolle 21 mit einem Bänderknick 40 versehen sein. Dieser ist zweckmäßig so angeordnet, daß das der Rillrolle 21 zugeführte Produkt bereits geknickt ist, sobald die Produktvorderkante unter die Rillrolle 21 einläuft. Hierdurch ist ein seitliches Verrutschen mit Sicherheit ausgeschlossen. Vorteilhaft auf den Produkttransport wirkt es sich in jedem Falle aus, daß hier unterhalb der Rillrolle 21 ein laufendes Organ, wie die als Gegenwalze dienende Umlenkwalze 22 mit dem Mittelband 23 angeordnet ist.A particularly preferred exemplary embodiment is explained in more detail above. Claims (8)

1. A folder with a lengthways folding unit for producing a second lengthways fold having a frame with side walls (13) normal to the line of folding and with a belt system (16) consisting of belts (17, 18) placed to the side of the line of folding, and having a scoring wheel (21) lined up with the line of folding over the belt system (16) near the side wall (13) which is on the inlet side of the frame of the lengthways folding unit, and in use with a guide roller (22), characterized in that the guide roller (22) has a support (23) on it which is in use with the scoring wheel (21) and runs with the belt system (16) passing the scoring wheel but does not go between the side walls (13) of the frame of the lengthways folding unit, with a thickness equal to the thickness of the belts (18) of the belt system (16) which run over the guide roller (22), the belt system having a bend (40) on the inlet side relating to the scoring wheel (21) resulting in a bend of the signatures handed on to the scoring wheel (21) preferably fixed to the inlet side of the side wall (13) of the frame of the lengthways folding unit, before the signatures run under the scoring wheel (21) with their front end.
2. An apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the belt system (16) has a middle belt (23) which supports the scoring wheel (21) and is changed in direction in the area below it.
3. An apparatus as claimed in anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the scoring wheel (21) is fixed to a two armed support lever (26) which is swingingly supported in its middle part and which, on its end opposite the scoring wheel (21), is held by an adjustment part (28) against the force of a loading spring (29) supported on the side of the frame.
4. An apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the adjustment part (28) is in the form of a swingingly supported screw taken up in the support lever (26) and having an adjustment nut.
5. An apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the support lever (26) has an adjustment screw (31) which takes up the end of the loading spring (29) on the side of the support lever, is adjustably supported and is preferably in the form of a threaded hole having an actuating element.
6. An apparatus as claimed in anyone of the preceding claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the support lever (26) and the adjustment part (28) are both taken up by a base plate (25) designed to be fixed to the frame of the lengthways folding unit.
7. An apparatus as claimed in anyone of the preceding claims, characterized in that the scoring wheel (21) is supported in such a way that sideways adjustment is possible.
8. An apparatus as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that the scoring wheel is taken up in a forked end (34) of the support lever (26) and is bearinged on a pin (36) which is part of a screw (35) screwed into one of the prongs of the forked end, and which, with its end, is taken up in a bushing (37) seated in the opposite fork prong.
