Abstract

The toy with parachute has two arms (26) forming grip, hinged to a head (2) and on which acts a spring (3) to cause the spacing of the arms. At the lower end of each arm there is hinged a large panel (28) on which acts the air pressure and to which are fixed the ties (64) of the parachute. The panels have extensions (29) extending upwardly and engaging, in the closed position of the grip, with a corresponding portion (24a) of the arms The head is carried by a support above the grip. To use the toy, the parachute is arranged inside the grip maintained in a closed position. Then the toy is thrown in the air. The air pressure acting on the panels prevents the opening of the grip or clip by the spring until the highest point of the trajectory is reached. Then the clip opens due to the action of the spring and the parachute opens out by the spacing of the arms and of the panels.

Description

The invention relates to a parachute game device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a parachute game device has a receiving and holding device to which a parachute is attached and in which the parachute can be accommodated. The parachute game device is thrown into the air or catapulted into the air by means of a launching device in order to release the parachute in the region of the peak of the flight path and to float back to the ground.

From DE-C-700 901 a parachute game device is already known which has two articulated parts, between which a parachute is arranged. These parts have an outwardly curved shape, so that the parts are compressed by the air pressure when the game device is thrown up. A head section serves as the lower stabilizing surface when flung up. When the parachute game device reaches its highest flight point, it must rotate in the air by 180 ° so that the parts forming the parachute chamber can expand and the parachute can fall out.

From US-A-3 432 962 an air toy with elongated wings is known, which are arranged pivotably on a base part in such a way that they can be rotated by approximately 90 ° from a position directed radially outwards from the base part, so that they can be rotated with their long sides lie against each other. The wings are acted upon by rubber bands in the direction of the radial position and are wrapped in the folded position by an elastic band with which the toy is thrown into the air. The elastic band keeps the toy in the folded position for a short period of time until the wings are released and pivoted in the radial direction, in which the toy slowly floats back to earth.

A toy parachute is known from DE-C-378 590, the umbrella rods of which elastically deform a rubber disc when the parachute is folded up. When the folded parachute is thrown into the air and moves downward again, the air blows under the umbrella and the rubber disc pushes the umbrella apart, causing it to fully deploy.

These known play equipment have the disadvantage that they do not necessarily open at the desired time.

The object of the invention is not to leave the release of the parachute to chance, but to provide a parachute game device in which the parachute is released reliably and inevitably and immediately unfolds.

This object is achieved according to the invention in a parachute game device with two articulated parts which are held together by air pressure during the upward movement of the parachute game device and a parachute arranged between these parts and fastened to them in that the parts at one end in the form of pliers are connected to one another in an articulated manner, a spring device acting on the parts being used in the region of this joint and being connected at their other ends to air pressure surfaces, the free end sections of which have eyelets or hooks for holding and opening the parachute.

This design ensures that in the parachute game device according to the invention, the parts forming the holding device for the parachute when the game device is thrown up - normally at an altitude of about 6 to 12 m - remain closed, since the air pressure exerted on the widened air pressure surfaces causes the opening force the spring device exceeds. However, when the parachute game device reaches the peak of its trajectory, the pressure on the air pressure surfaces decreases rapidly, so that the spring device arranged in the region of the joint opens the parts. Due to the expanding parts, the parachute is inevitably deployed and the parachute game device floats back to the ground according to its purpose. The air pressure surfaces can be rigidly connected to the parts and at the same time serve as a handle for the parachute game device.

A head part can be arranged directly above the joint, which can be designed, for example, as a rubber ball, which brings the center of gravity of the parachute game device to the front and absorbs the impact of the game device on the ground. The spring device arranged in the region of the joint can hold the head part in the intended position.

Advantageously, the air pressure surfaces can be articulated on the parts and each have an upwardly extending lever and a hooking device, which each engage in the closed state of the parts and exert a locking moment that is initially greater than the moment of the spring device acting in the opening direction. A recess can be formed in the region of the air pressure surfaces covering the lower end section of the parts, and a launching hook for the game device can be fastened in the region of the joint. Such a parachute game device can be shot up with the help of a launcher so that it reaches a considerably greater height. The game device is held through the cutouts in the air pressure surfaces in the lower region of the parts, which are reinforced as a handle. The formation of the air pressure surfaces as a locking lever causes a greater locking force through translation. Therefore, a stronger opening spring can be used the joint are provided, through which an even faster opening of the parachute can be achieved at the upper point of the flight path.

It can also be advantageously provided that the articulated parts are articulated on a head holder to two eyelets and that the parts are spread by two springs which are attached to the head holder and to the parts.

One of the two parts can be shaped as an elongated flat shell, the other part being either curved or flat and. pushes the parachute into the other part.

It can also be advantageously provided that the parachute can be accommodated in an intermediate space between the air pressure surfaces, to which it is fastened in half by straps. It may also be useful to attach a parachute receiving chamber between the parts. The articulated parts can each be articulated on a connecting part to eyelets, while the receiving chamber is also articulated on the connecting part.

Furthermore, it can increase the play value of the parachute game device to extend the parts in a scissor-like manner beyond the joint, the extended sections forming a receiving chamber. Either the parachute or another object which is released when the parts and the extended sections are opened can be accommodated in this receiving chamber.

The air pressure surfaces can expediently also each have at least one additional air pressure surface. As a result, the forces closing the articulated parts can be increased even further.

In the parachute game device according to the invention, an inevitable opening of the parachute is ensured at the desired time. The parachute, which is attached with its fastening lines to the lower end of the articulated parts or the air pressure surfaces, is inserted into the space provided between the parts or the air pressure surfaces, whereupon the parts are pressed together and thrown up or shot up. During the upward movement, the air pressure acting on the air pressure surfaces causes the parts to remain closed, the spring device being matched accordingly. The parts only open in the end area of the upward movement and release the parachute. By hooking the levers attached to the articulated air pressure surfaces, a force transmission for the air pressure surface on the rear leg part is achieved at the beginning of the opening process.

A firing hook 15 is attached to a pair of tongs in the vicinity of the upper joint, so that the game screen device can be catapulted up with a firing device such as with an elastic band, whereby it passes through Recesses 23 are held in the air pressure surfaces 20 on the lower handle part 19 of the articulated parts.

In Fig. 3 a further embodiment of the invention is shown, in which the parts 21 are articulated via eyelets 22 to a head holder 23c, two springs 24, which are attached at 21 a to the articulated parts and at 23b to the head holder 23c , strive to spread the parts. The head holder 23c holds the head part 23a in its intended position.

The parts 26 are each articulated on the head holder 2, while elongated air pressure surfaces 28 are connected to them via articulations 27 in the lower end section. Lever extensions 29 on the air pressure surfaces 28 engage, in the closed state of the pliers arrangement, lugs 24a on the respectively opposite parts, which causes an additional closing force. At the lower end portion of the air pressure surfaces, tether lines 64 of the parachute are fastened to inwardly projecting hooks 7a, whereby the deployment of the parachute is promoted when the pliers arrangement is opened. The lower end portion of the air pressure surfaces is circular and also serves as a handle for the parachute game device.

Dabei zeigt. Fig. 6 ein Mittelteil 35a und Scharniere 37, an denen die Kammern angelenkt sind.5 shows a further exemplary embodiment of the invention, in which the parachute is accommodated in a chamber 32, the two parts of which are each connected via a joint 33 to the parts 31, which in turn are articulated to one another via eyes 30, beyond which an extension part 32a extends. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the comb parts 38 for the parachute are articulated to a connecting piece 35, with which the part 40 are articulated via two eyelets 36. It shows. Fig. 6 shows a central part 35a and hinges 37 on which the chambers are hinged.

In dieser Aufnahmekammer kann der Fallschirm oder auch ein anderer Gegenstand untergebracht werden, mit dem der Spielwert des Spielgerätes erhöht wird.7 and 8 show two exemplary embodiments in which the parts 51, 53 continue beyond their joint in a scissor-like manner, the extension sections 52 and 54 forming a receiving chamber which opens together with the scissor arrangement. The parachute or another object with which the play value of the game device is increased can be accommodated in this receiving chamber.

In FIG. 10, a container head 58 is provided for the parachute, which is connected to the parts 57 in front of the joint 59.
