Description

The present invention relates to a tool booklet, consisting of a booklet body with a central longitudinal bore for receiving a tool shaft and with a collar formed at the front end and an adjoining concavely profiled cylinder zone and a double-conical section adjoining the cylinder zone.

Such a tool book is z. B. already known from DE-PS 1 298 060. In this tool booklet, the conical areas of the double-conical section have angularly symmetrical arrangements around the longitudinal axis of individual grooves which are concave in the longitudinal direction of the booklet. This well-known tool book is especially designed for use in connection with screwdrivers and is ergonomically designed. Should that Tool booklet as a universal tool booklet on many different tools, such as B. with ratchets for driving socket wrench inserts or with crank handles for socket wrenches or as a file handle or also as a handy handle for screwdrivers, the middle ring zone between the two conical areas of the double-conical section provides an optimal hold in the hand the operator, but which is required for power transmission, prevented.

The present invention has for its object to design a tool book so that it is universal for a wide variety of tools, e.g. Creaking, turning cranks, files, screwdrivers, can be used in such a way that, while allowing optimal power transmission from the operating hand to the tool booklet and an ergonomically adapted shape of the closed hand.

This is achieved according to the invention in that at least the double-conical section has a square cross section over its entire length. The continuous square cross section avoids the ring area known from the prior art, for example, and thus ensures a particularly secure hold of the tool booklet in the operating hand, especially when the booklet is used in conjunction with ratchets or rotary cranks. Due to the double-conical shape of the rear area of the tool handle in connection with the concave profiled cylinder zone, the tool handle according to the invention is also very suitable in connection with screws spin. The main advantage of the tool booklet according to the invention is thus the universal shape, which is not only determined by one tool, but also by a multitude of hand tools of all kinds, but nevertheless does justice to all types of manual drive in such a way that a high torque or torque is obtained when pulling, turning or pressing A high force can be transmitted without causing a feeling of pain in the closed hand, so that pressure points are avoided with prolonged use.

  • Fig. 3 einen Schnitt entlang der Schnittlinie III-III in Fig. 1.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the exemplary embodiment illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Show it:
  • 1 is a perspective view of a tool booklet according to the invention,
  • 2 is a rear view of the tool booklet according to the invention when it is enclosed by an operating hand,
  • 3 shows a section along the section line III-III in FIG. 1.

A tool booklet according to the invention consists of a booklet body 1 which has a cylindrical collar 2 at its front end which faces the shaft of a tool to be used. The tacking body 1 has a central longitudinal bore 3 for receiving the tool shank. A concave profiled cylinder zone 4 adjoins the collar 2. The end 5 of the cylinder zone 4 opposite the collar 2 preferably has a larger diameter than the collar 2. From the end 5 there is a sloping one with a large one Diameter rounded zone 6 formed, which merges into a first rising cone region 7 of a double-conical section 8, with a large rounding diameter. The rear end area of the tack body 1 is formed by a sloping second cone area 9 of the double-conical section 8. The cross-sectional area of the tack body 1 is always square from the end 5 to the rear end face 10, the four longitudinal edges 11 or the corners of the cross-sectional area being rounded off are. The transition 2 of the two cone regions 7, 9 has the largest cross-sectional area, so that the stitching body becomes thicker from the front to the transition 2 as a whole. The edge length of the square cross-sectional area at the transition 12 is approximately 25% more than at the end 5 of the concave cylinder zone 4, and the edge length of the cross-sectional area at the end 5 is approximately 10% larger than the diameter of the collar 2. The lengths of the individual areas or Sections are dimensioned such that the areas, the falling zone 6 and the first cone area 7, together are overall longer than the cylinder zone 4 or the cone area 9. The cone area 9 is shorter than the cylinder zone 4. The falling zone 6 and the first cone region 7 are together approximately 15% longer than cylinder zone 4, and cone region 9 is approximately 15% shorter than cylinder zone 4. This advantageous design of the stitching body results in a. Particularly favorable position of the booklet in the operating hand, the different lengths, as described above, of the individual areas, in particular the extension. of the concave cylinder zone relative to the end area 9, allow the Fingers of the operating hand are relatively stretched, which results in a particularly pleasant and relaxed hand position.

From Fig. 3 it can be seen that a contour of the tool handle is achieved by the square cross section of the handle body 1 behind the cylinder zone 4, which is optimally adapted to the shape of a closed hand, whereby the tool handle according to the invention in particular as a tool handle for creaking and Crank handles. By rounding the corners and also rounding off the transition areas with a large radius of curvature, a risk of injury to the inner palm is largely avoided, although a sufficiently high resistance is maintained which ensures safe handling.
