Da die auftretenden Biegekräfte, die beim Richten von stärkeren Blechbändern erheblich sind, bei einer solchen Richtvorrichtung jedoch über die Spanneinrichtung zwischen dem Ober- und Unterteil des Gestelles aufgebracht werden müssen, muß die Spanneinrichtung vergleichsweise schwer ausgebildet werden. Dies bedeutet, daß bei geringeren Blechstärken ein erheblicher Teil der durch die Spanneinrichtung aufgebrachten Kräfte auf die Treibrollen und das zwischen ihnen geführte Blechband wirkt, was jedoch verhindert werden soll. Aus diesem Grunde ist zumindest für eine Treibrolle eine federnde Abstützung vorgesehen, über die die zwischen den Treibrollen wirkenden Druckkräfte beschränkt werden können. Um das zu richtende Band nach dem Schließen des Gestelloberteiles 3 über den Spannzylinder 4 zwischen den angestellten Richtrollen 6 hindurchziehen zu können, ist den Richtrollen in Banddurchlaufrichtung ein Treibrollenpaar nachgeordnet, dessen Treibrollen 14 und 15 in den beiden Gestellteilen 1 und 3 im unmittelbaren Anschluß an die Richtrollen 6 gelagert sind. Zum Unterschied zur Treibrolle 15 des Gestelloberteiles 3 ist die Treib.rolle 14 des Unterteiles 1 in einer Schwinge 16 gelagert, die um die Achse 17 des Unterteiles 1 verschwenkbar ist. Zur Abstützung der Schwinge 16 und damit der Treibrolle 14 gegenüber dem Unterteil 1 dient nach den Fig. 1 und 2 eine Druckfeder 18, die gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel als Tellerfederpaket ausgebildet ist. Diese federnde Abstützung der unteren Treibrolle 14 bedingt, daß die zwischen den Treibrollen 14 und 15 und dem zwischen ihnen durchgeführten Band wirksam werdenden Druckkräfte nicht von der Spannkraft des Spannzylinders 4 abhängen, sondern durch die Kraft der Feder 18 beschränkt sind. Da die Auslegung des Spannzylinders 4 auf die größten, noch zulässigen Abmessungen eines mit Hilfe dieser Vorrichtung zu richtenden Blechbandes abgestimmt sein muß, würde bei einer geringeren Blechstärke ein übermäßiger Anteil dieser Spannkräfte auf die Treibrollen 14, 15 und auf das zwischen ihnen geführte Band wirken, was durch die Feder 18 verhindert wird.In order to be able to pull the tape to be straightened after closing the upper frame part 3 via the tensioning cylinder 4 between the employed straightening rollers 6, a pair of driving rollers is arranged downstream of the straightening rollers in the direction of belt travel, the driving rollers 14 and 15 of which in the two frame parts 1 and 3 are directly connected to the Straightening rollers 6 are stored. Auch über diesen Zylinder 19 kann eine konstante Beaufschlagungskraft auf die Schwinge 16 ausgeübt werden, so daß wiederum die zwischen den Treibrollen 14 und 15 wirkv sam werdenden Druckkräfte beschränkt werden. Der Zylinder 19 bietet allerdings den Vorteil, daß sein Beaufschlagungsdruck beispielsweise über ein einstellbares Druckbegrenzungsventil verändert werden kann. Claims (5)

1. Vorrichtung zum Richten von Blechbändern mit zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Sätzen von in einem Gestell gelagerten, frei drehbaren Richtrollen und mit einem den Richtrollen in Banddurchlaufrichtung nachgeordneten Treibrollenpaar, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gestell aus einem Unterteil (1) und einem an den Unterteil (1) anstellbaren und diesem gegenüber mittels einer Spanneinrichtung (Spannzylinder 4) verspannbaren Oberteil (3) besteht, daß beide Gestellteile (1, 3) neben je einem Richtrollensatz (6) jeweils eine der beiden Treibrollen (14, 15) des Treibrollenpaares tragen und daß zumindest eine Treibrolle (14) senkrecht zu ihrer Achse und quer zur Banddurchlaufrichtung verstellbar lagert und mittels wenigstens einer Feder (18) oder eines Zylinders (19) am zugehörigen Gestellteil (1) abgestützt ist.1.
