Description

The present invention relates to a cladding for any masonry made of any material with the features of the preamble of claim 1 and a method for producing such a cladding.

It is known to cover an outer wall so that an air space remains between the outer cladding and the wall, which can be filled with a heat-insulating material. Such claddings are attached both for aesthetic reasons and for thermal insulation reasons.

In the case of a cladding of the type mentioned at the outset, as described in the book "L'isolation Acoustique et Thermique dans le Batiment", cladding panels are attached to a grate to be fastened to the wall, which in one embodiment overlap like scales and in another flush with one another are attached.

Since these panels are exposed to very large temperature differences and weather influences, only little material is suitable for this, which is why walls clad in this way look monotonous and unappealing, so that such cladding, which is particularly desirable for thermal insulation reasons, cannot be fitted in many cases for reasons of urban planning.

In order to remedy this disadvantage, it has been disclosed by BE-A-859 159, on which plates, e.g. B. of asbestos, apply a second layer of panels, lay out the joints of these panels and then apply a plaster. With such a structure, the impression of a plastered natural wall is indeed created; such a structure is very expensive in terms of materials and labor. Also, despite the fact that the joints are lined with a resilient material, it cannot be prevented that the joints can be seen through the plaster and that cracks appear in the plaster after a short time due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the panels when they cool.

The object of the invention is to provide a rear-ventilated cladding for any walls, for example outer walls, wooden walls, etc., which is indistinguishable in appearance from a plastered natural wall, which is simple in structure and in which the risk of cracks occurring even with large ones Temperature fluctuations are largely eliminated.

This object is achieved with a ventilated wall, facade or wall cladding g with the features of claim 1. Particularly advantageous refinements result from the subclaims.

Der Verfahrensablauf im Aufbau einer derartigen Wand-, Fassaden- oder Mauerverkleidung ist Gegenstand des Anspruches 4.The procedure in the construction of such a wall, facade or wall cladding is the subject of claim 4.

In the rear-ventilated cladding according to the invention, a spatula plaster with an elastic insert and then a plaster is applied to the panel cladding made of flush-closing panels in a manner known per se from a grating or slatted frame, and then a plastering which, in its appearance, is a conventional one from an exterior plaster Wall is indistinguishable. Nevertheless, the advantages in good thermal insulation are fully achieved through the rear ventilation, in the free space of which additional thermal insulation material can be introduced.

Structure and manufacture of a wall or wall covering according to the invention can be seen in detail from the following description in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

In the drawings shows
  • 1 is a wall with cladding according to the invention applied step by step from top to bottom,
  • Fig. 2 is a side view of the illustration of Fig. 1 and
  • 3 is a plan view in a sectional view through a wall with a covering according to FIG. 1.

In particular, the masonry to be covered is designated by 1 in the figures. On this masonry 1 first horizontal slats 2 are applied, which in turn carry vertical slats 3. In the space between the slats, or at least between the horizontal slats 2, a heat-insulating layer 4, for example made of glass wool or the like, is introduced. The vertically extending lath 3 carry plaster base plates 5, for example made of asbestos cement, the plates being flush with one another. The plates in turn then carry a spatula plaster 6, which is correspondingly fixed with a fabric insert 7. A top plaster 8 is applied to this filler plaster 6 with fabric insert 7, the surface design, the color of which can be adapted to any urban or architectural condition.

The invention was explained on the basis of a concrete exemplary embodiment, a number of modifications being possible within the scope of the invention. In particular, a cladding, as described above, on any wall, e.g. B. can also be attached to a wooden wall or on a metal, glass wall or the like. The course of the slats can also be done in a different way than described, le. It is important to ensure that the plastering plates can be attached so that the individual edges are flush with each other so that the filler and finishing plaster to be applied runs smoothly.
