Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cladding panel in clinker or stone character with emphasized joints for cladding inner and outer walls, in which on the side edges of a clinker or stone cover layer facing the viewer, at least in every second horizontal row, stone parts protrude on one side edge and are set back on the other side edge opposite this.
For example, from DE-GM 74 28 613 a cladding plate of the type mentioned above is known. The cladding panel itself preferably consists of a plastic and is used for cladding outer or inner facades, preferably outer facades, the cladding panels being fastened to battens provided on the wall. The cladding panels engage with one another with their side edges, thereby enabling the panels to be securely bonded to one another.
It is also known to create cladding panels by attaching different connecting layers to an insulating layer, for example made of glass fiber fabric or the like, and by structuring the front side thus formed. Such panels also require lathing on the masonry for fastening and are also difficult to manufacture, since the manufacturing process requires several individual steps.
The invention has for its object to provide a cladding panel in which on the one hand weather protection is achieved, on the other hand good thermal insulation, the cladding panel must also be easy to manufacture and also easy to install by a layperson.
This object on which the invention is based is achieved by the measures mentioned in the claims, in particular in that a foam layer is applied directly to a clinker or stone cover layer on the back, which e.g. consists of a polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam, which has a relatively high strength, so that it is possible that the fastening elements for the lining plate can be used in this foam layer, which are then to be fastened directly to the masonry. The cladding panels are securely connected to one another in a vertical or horizontal plane by cutting a groove into each of the upper and lower longitudinal edges of the cladding panel, into which a spring element is inserted, which is made of wood, metal, plastic or the like. can consist, for example, of a foam and that the plates now not only lead securely against transverse movements in the vertical direction, but at the same time achieve that moisture penetration through the joints formed in the connection area of two plates is avoided.
In addition, the outside of the tongue inserted in the groove and the top edge of the foam A sealing bead made of permanently elastic material can be applied, which at the same time firmly glues the panels together and ensures a secure seal against the ingress of moisture.

At the boundary edge between the
The actual panels are fastened by means of a
The side edges have a
Of course, it is also possible to equip the side edges of the lining panels to be brought into contact with
The invention is also based on the task of creating a window sill in the course of such cladding, which can be used by a layperson and which is to be prefabricated, although adjustments to different window widths and depths can nevertheless be made in the simplest way.
Each corner part is equipped with a rain nose, which bears the
In Fig. 3, a
It can be seen that when the corner parts are installed, the central part can now be connected to the side edges equipped with a tongue, in that the tongue is received by the respectively assigned groove.
If trimming of the
