Daraus folgt aber auch, daß die gestufte Rondelle eine stärkere Metallschicht haben muß als der Rohrkörper, da nur dann der zur Herstellung notwendige Formziehvorgang durchgeführt werden kann. Dies bedeutet aber, daß ein wesentlich teureres Laminat verwendet werden muß, was allein schon die Herstellungskosten der Tube erhöht. Außerdem lassen sich Farbtönungsunterschiede zwischen Rohrkörper und Rondellenmaterial nicht vermeiden, und da sie im Überlappungsbereich auf der Tubenschulter zwangsläufig nebeneinander liegen, verschlechtert dies das schöne Aussehen, da sich auf der Tubenschulter zwei Farbringe abzeichnen, eventuell noch ein dritter im Ausdünnungsbereich des Materials des Rohrkörpers, das das freie Ende der Metallschicht versiegeln muß.With tubes it is also important that they have a nice appearance.
