Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a transportable anchoring device for anchoring a safety harness at dangerous, essentially flat workplaces, such as flat roofs or the like.
Occupational safety and the related accident prevention regulations require work at elevated workplaces, such as B. on flat roofs or the like., In particular with an edge height exceeding 5 m, adequate protection against falling of the persons entrusted with this work. Rope protection is generally required, for which a variety of safety harnesses are used. These all require an anchor point on the raised surface. In the case of flat roofs or the like, such attachment points are generally absent. Anchors serving to secure the safety harnesses would have to be attached separately and would be expensive (cf. DE-A-23 43 233 and DE-U-7 916 672). After completion of the work, such anchors would remain disruptive and be exposed to corrosion from the weather, so that they would possibly no longer be usable in a later application and would represent a risk of an accident. Such an attachment point must be able to absorb a horizontally acting force of 750 kp in connection with a fall damper.
From the difficulties described, there arises a need for an anchoring device for safety harnesses, which can be set up at any work place without great difficulty and removed again after use. Compared to the known devices, the invention is directed to a transportable anchoring device. In an embodiment of this most general idea, the device is characterized by a flexible, large-format container with a large base area in relation to its height and with a fitting for connection to a water pipe and at least one holder for attaching the safety harness.
,Such a container is filled with water at the place of use, which is easily possible with a simple water hose in accordance with the usual circumstances. On the other hand, it follows that such a container can be transported at any time after the water has been drained and can be set up again in a new workplace. The large footprint in relation to the container height ensures the necessary adhesion to the surface. Such a container is easy to calculate on the basis of a capacity so that the force corresponding to the regulations is achieved. Improper handling is practically impossible because everyone can easily see the filling level of such a device, i.e. H. So that a partial filling of the container of a supervisor is immediately noticeable and thus such a mistake can be remedied. ,
The container of the device according to the invention can consist of PVC-coated high-strength fabric, which is already known per se for the production of containers.
It is within the scope of the invention that the container has a circumferential hem and stop loops for safety harnesses arranged therein. Such a hem is already present in many cases with such containers. It only needs to be provided with the necessary eyelets. The hem is also generally reinforced against the container wall, so that the necessary strength is guaranteed from the outset.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous to make the arrangement such that the bearing surface of the container has a high coefficient of friction. This means that at least the bottom of the container has a friction-increasing surface on its outside.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the container is provided with a safety valve and possibly also a drain valve. With a container capacity of 1,000 l and a coefficient of friction of 0.75-0.80, horizontal forces between 750 and 800 kp can easily be absorbed. The drain valve can possibly be used for venting during the filling process. If this anchoring device is used when working on a roof, the water can be drained from the container at any time and the water can run off freely on the roof.
Hierbei zeigen :
Figur 1 in perspektivischer Ansicht eine Verankerungsvorrichtung in Gebrauchsstellung undFigur 2 ein Detail in vergrößerter Schnittdarstellung.
- Figure 1 is a perspective view of an anchoring device in the use position and
- Figure 2 shows a detail in an enlarged sectional view.
The
The
The
