Diese im Aufbau etwas einfacheren Spender gestatten zwar eine Einhandbedienung; sie besitzen jedoch den Nachteil, dass das Betätigungselement der Mundstücköffnung gegenüberliegt, was zu einer ungenauen und unhandlichen Bedienung führt. Letzlich sind aus der US-A-3 255 935 Spender der eingangs geschilderten Art bekannt, bei denen zwar ein mundstückseitiges Betätigungselement vorgesehen ist, mit dem ein Stab gegen den Druck einer Feder durch einen Kolben-mit Gesperre geführt wird. Jedoch wird der Stab beim Niederdrücken des Betätigungselementes nicht in Ausgaberichtung verlagert, so dass man beim Betätigen nicht die Menge des abgegebenen Gutes dosieren kann. Die Abgabe erfolgt später, wenn der heruntergedrückte Stab den Kolben unter der Wirkung einer im Betätigungselement gesondert vorgesehenen Feder hochzieht. Abgesehen von der nicht gegebenen Möglichkeit einer Dosierung des Gutes ist der Einbau einer gesonderten Feder aufwendig. Bei einer anderen Ausführungsform dieser bekannten Spender (Fig. 5 in US-A-3 255 935) ist ein Wippenhebei als Betätigungselement am unteren Ende des Rumpfes des Behälters vorgesehen, was aber wiederum den Nachteil hat, dass der Stab beim Niederdrücken des Wippenhebels leer und entgegen der Ausgaberichtung läuft, so dass keine genaue Dosierung möglich ist. Ferner wird der Stab bei Förderung auf Druck beansprucht, was die bereits oben erwähnten Nachteile mit sich bringt. Darüber hinaus ist neben der umständlichen und ungenauen Handhabung des Bedienungselementes am Ende des Behälters auch die Herstellung und Befüllung derartiger Spender aufwendig. Zufolge solcher Ausgestaltung ist ein herstellungstechnisch einfacher, gebrauchsvorteilhafter Spender geschaffen: Der über ein einseitig wirkendes Gesperre mit dem Kolben gekuppelte Stab wird beim Arbeitsschritt auf Zug belastet, so dass der Stab querschnittsgeringer ausgestaltet sein kann als ein unter Druckbelastung stehender Stab, bei dem vor allen Dingen unter Zugrundelegung grösserer Gehäuselängen die Gefahr einer Durchbiegung nicht auszuschliessen wäre. Der querschnittsreduzierte Stab kommt auch Bestrebungen hinsichtlich der Materialersparnis entgegen. Die Ausgabe des Füllinhalts erfolgt äusserst bedienungsbequen in kleinen Dosierschritten. Dazu sitzt das mundstückseitige Ende des Stabes an dem einen Arm eines doppelarmigen, im Gehäuse gelagerten Wippenhebels, dessen anderer Arm als Betätigungs-Druckfläche ausgebildet ist. Eine solche Wippe kann wie ein wechselseitig beaufschlagbarer Pumpenhebel bedient werden, indem der Betätigungsfinger wechselseitig verlagert drückt. Da die Mundstücköffnung in unmittelbarer Nähe des Wippenhebels liegen kann, ist eine solche Art der Betätigung ohne weiteres möglich, wobei die restlichen Finger der Hand den Behälter sicher umfassen, so dass eine genau plazierbare Abgabe des Füllinhalts ermöglicht ist. Von baulichem Vorteil ist vor allem auch die Massnahme, dass Stab und Wippenhebel materialeinheitlich geformt sind, also als ein zusammenhängendes Einsatzteil vorliegt. Die Gelenkzone zwischen beiden Funktionsteilen, nämlich Stab und Wippenhebel, wird in einfacher Weise dadurch erreicht, dass der Stab im Bereich seines Ansatzes eine querschnittsverjüngte Biegezone besitzt. Ein aus einem entsprechend flexiblen, elastischen Material gebildetes Einsatzteil ist dabei auch in der Lage, einander überlagernde lineare und kreisbogenförmige Bewegungen zu kompensieren. Statt einer wechselseitigen Wippenhebel-Betätigung kann auch eine einfachere einseitige Wippenhebel-Betätigung einfach dadurch erfolgen, dass der Wippenhebel in Richtung seiner Grundstellung federbelastet ist. Eine entsprechende Rückholfeder lässt sich unter Nutzung der Rückstellkraft des verwendeten Materials mit einfachsten Mitteln dadurch realisieren, dass die-Feder der Unterseite des Wippenhebels materialeinheitlich als Zunge angeformt ist. Eine sogar werkzeuglose Zuordnung dieses Einsatzbauteiles wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Wippenhebel im Bereich seines einen, kürzeren Arms in einer Ausnehmung einer Stufe einliegt, deren Ausnehmungs-Seitenflanken Lageröffnungen zum Einklipsen der Lagerzapfen des Wippenhebels aufweisen, und dessen längerer Arm über die Stufe frei so vorsteht, dass er eine Teilfläche der oberen Gehäusestirnwand übergreift, auf welcher sich die Feder abstützt. Hierbei ist es zudem günstig, wenn das Ende der Feder in eine Mulde der Gehäusestirnwand ragt. Um mit einfachen Mitteln sicherzustellen, dass beim Aufprellen des Kolbens die Klipslagerung unbeeinträchtigt bleibt, es entsteht eine Verlagerungstendenz in Richtung des Wippenhebels, ist eine vorteilhafte Vorkehrung dahingehend getroffen, dass der in Verlagerungsrichtung des Stabes mit dem Gehäuse verklipste Wippenhebel von einem etwa koaxial zum Stab liegenden Niederhalterdorn überfangen ist, welcher innenseitig an der Decke einer die Mundstücköffnung verschliessenden Schutzkappe sitzt. Eine solche Schutzkappe kann über ein Schnellgewinde aufgeschraubt werden. Der entsprechende Niederhalterdorn ist dem Bauteil im Wege der spritztechnischen Fertigung leicht anformbar. In solchen Fällen bildet der Niederhaltedorn ein entsprechenden Kräften gewachsenes Widerlager. Die Schutzkappe 24 selbst ist beispielsweise unter Anwendung eines Kurzgewindes am Gehäuse selbst gehalten. Wie aus Fig. 3 weiter hervorgeht, bildet die Schutzkappe im Bereich ihrer deckenseitigen Eckzone eine starke Fase aus. Diese ist der Schrägung des Mundstücköffnungsrandes angepasst, so dass dort eine das Austrocknen des Füllinhaltes verhindernde Dichtschliessung erreicht wird. Claims (4)

1. Dispenser for paste material comprising a tubular container (1) with a mouthpiece (4') and a piston (3) which is displaceable in the direction of the latter with a ratchet arrangement (12, 13) operating in one direction and an operating member provided at the mouthpiece end in order to move the piston which is coupled to a rod (2) which extends in the longitudinal direction of the housing (1) and can be brought into engagement with the ratchet arrangement (12, 13) of the piston (3), characterised in that
a) the operating member is constructed in the form of a rocking lever (W) one arm (6) of which is coupled to the rod (2) in such a way that when the operating member is depressed the rod is displaceable in the dispensing direction, the other arm (9) being constructed as a bearing surface for the operating member, and
b) the rod (2) and the rocking lever (W) are formed in one piece.
2. Dispenser as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that in the region of its shorter arm (6) the rocking lever (W) rests in a recess (22) in a step (St), the side walls of the recess being provided with bearing holes (20) for the pivot pins of the rocking lever to snap in, and the longer arm (9) of the rocking lever (W) projects freely over the step (St) in such a way that it extends over-a part of the surface of the upper end wall (1"') of the housing on which the spring (14) bears.
3. Dispenser as claimed in claims 1 or 2, characterised in that the rod (2) is connected to the shorter arm (6) of the rocking lever (W) by means of a projection (7) and has a flexing zone or point of articulation (8) of reduced cross-section in the region of the projection (7).
4. Dispenser as claimed in one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the rocking lever (W) is spring-loaded in the direction of its rest position and the spring (14) is formed as a tongue on the underside of the rocking lever (W).
