Der Klemmring 6 ist an seiner äußeren Fläche 6a mit einer Ausnehmung 6b versehen, in die ein mit dem Zentrifugensieb 8 fest verbundenes Halteblech 9 eingelegt ist. Außer einem feinen Decksieb 8 kann noch ein gröberes Stützsieb 10 zwischen Trommelmantel 1 und Decksieb 8 eingelegt sein. Beide Siebe sind am oberen Trommelrand so ausgestaltet, daß der trocken geschleuderte Zucker oder dergleichen über den Flansch 17 eines Kegels 11 abströmt und die abgeschleuderte Flüssigkeit durch das Stützsieb 10 nach oben und zwischen dem Flansch 17 und dem Flansch 16 der Trommel 1 abgeführt wird.
