Abstract

1. Punching tool for punching out of rotationally symmetric hollow bodies from square plates, which tool is provided with a drawing die (5) and a drawing stamp (7) having a differential clamping device (8) consisting of a thrust ring and axially displaceable segments arranged diagonally of one another in the ring and having a relatively strong contact pressure, characterized in that a simultaneous punching tool is formed by additional provision of a punching tool (2, 3) consisting of two stamps (2) opposed in the movement direction of the material strip (a) and two associated dies (3) for punching out respective ones of two opposed triangular cutouts (b) on the sides of the material strip (a) and provision of a separation tool (6, 9) arranged in the movement direction of the material strip between the punching tool (2, 3) and the drawing die (5) or as the case may be the drawing stamp (7) for the separation of the most forward plate of the material strip (a).

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Simultan-Stanzwerkzeug zum Ausstanzen von rotationssymmetrischen Hohlkörpern aus quadratförmigen Platinen nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a simultaneous punching tool for punching out rotationally symmetrical hollow bodies from square-shaped blanks according to the preamble of claim 1.

Aus der PL-PS 93188 ist ein Stanzwerkzeug bekannt, welches im wesentlichen mit einer Ziehmatrize, einem Ziehstempel und einem differenzierten Niederhalter ausgestattet ist. Der differenzierte Niederhalter besteht aus einem Druckring in welchem vier axial verschiebbare halbkreisförmige Segmente angeordnet sind. Die Segmente und der Druckring werden durch zwei unabhängige Druckfedern abgestützt, wobei über die Segmente eine höhere Anpreßkraft ausgeübt wird als über den Druckring. Hierdurch wird während des Formens des Preßlings das Material an Stellen, wo sich bislang beim Tiefziehen Vertiefungen bildeten, über die Segmente mit höherer Kraft als an den anderen Stellen festgehalten. Dadurch wird eine Vergrößerung der Höhe des Preßlings und ein Ausgleich der Wände am Umfang erreicht. Die Ecken des quadratischen Zuschnitts der Platine hindern jedoch einen regelmäßigen Fluß des Werkstoffes in das Ziehteil. Zudem bedarf ein derartig erzeugter Preßling vor dem weiteren Bearbeitungsprozeß einer Vorbeschneidung der Ecken des Flansches.A punching tool is known from PL-PS 93188, which is essentially equipped with a drawing die, a drawing punch and a differentiated hold-down device. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Stanzwerkzeug zu schaffen, mit dem eine Gestaltung des Zuschnittes derart möglich ist, daß ein Preßling ohne Vorbeschneidung für den nachfolgenden Arbeitsgang, also ein Hohlkörper mit einem ekkenlosen Flansch hergestellt werden kann.The object of the invention is to provide a punching tool with which a design of the blank is possible in such a way that a compact can be produced without pre-cutting for the subsequent operation, that is to say a hollow body with an angular flange.

Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Patentanspruch gekennzeichnete Erfindung gelöst. Simultanwerkzeuge als solche sind bekannt, vgl. z. B. US-A-1 768 294, US-A-2332478 und CH-A-189200. Ein differenzierter Niederhalter wird hierbei allerdings nicht verwendet. Zudem wird dort teilweise aus einem Streifen ausgestanzt, der breiter ist als es die Platine an sich erfordert. Bei der CH-A-189 200 wird schließlich nicht verlustfrei getrennt. Insgesamt wird somit mehr Material verbraucht als die Geometrie des Hohlkörpers bzw. der Ausgangsplatine es vorgibt. Das erfindungsgemäße Stanzwerkzeug ermöglicht das beidseitige Ausklinken des Bandes bzw. ein Ausstanzen von dreieckförmigen Ausnehmungen an den Rändern des Bandes. Dies sichert den Erhalt eines optimalen Zuschnitts während des zweiten Arbeitstaktes des Stanzwerkzeuges, wobei das Bandstück abgeschnitten und gleichzeitig der Preßling umgeformt wird. Der optimale Zuschnitt ermöglicht einen regelmäßigen Fluß des Materials in das Ziehteil. Der entstandene Flansch ist dabei klein und ohne Ecken, was das weitere Stanzen erleichtert. Das erfindungsgemäße Stanzwerkzeug sichert ferner eine größere Materialausbeute und die Erzielung einer gleichmäßigen Wanddicke des Preßlings auf seinem Umfang. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigt

  • Fig.2 das Bandmaterial mit ausgeklinkten Rändern für die Quadratausschnitte mit abgeschnittenen Ecken, und
  • Fig.3 ein Ziehteil nach dem Ausstanzen bei dem zweiten Arbeitstakt des Stanzwerkzeuges.

An der oberen Werkzeugplatte 1 des Stanzwerkzeugs sind zwei dreieckförmige Stempel 2 befestigt, welche zum Ausstanzen von im wesentlichen dreieckigen Ausnehmungen an den Seiten b des Materialbandes a zusammen mit den Matrizen 3 bestimmt sind, die in der unteren Werkzeugplatte 4 angebracht sind. In der oberen Werkzeugplatte 1 ist ferner eine Ziehmatrize 5 angebracht, in der das Blechstück geformt wird und deren Außenumriß das obere Abschneidemesser 6 zum Abschneiden des Bandes a an der Stelle c bildet. Punching tool for punching out of rotationally symmetric hollow bodies from square plates, which tool is provided with a drawing die (5) and a drawing stamp (7) having a differential clamping device (8) consisting of a thrust ring and axially displaceable segments arranged diagonally of one another in the ring and having a relatively strong contact pressure, characterized in that a simultaneous punching tool is formed by additional provision of a punching tool (2, 3) consisting of two stamps (2) opposed in the movement direction of the material strip (a) and two associated dies (3) for punching out respective ones of two opposed triangular cutouts (b) on the sides of the material strip (a) and provision of a separation tool (6, 9) arranged in the movement direction of the material strip between the punching tool (2, 3) and the drawing die (5) or as the case may be the drawing stamp (7) for the separation of the most forward plate of the material strip (a).
