Abstract

Description

Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ..................... (P 29 23 890. 2-21) ist eine Kupplungsvorrichtung für sogenannte Power and Free-Schleppkreisförderer, die zum An- und Abkuppeln von auf einer Hängebahn verfahrbaren Förderwagen dient. Die bekannte Kupplungsvorrichtung besteht aus zwei Kupplungsbacken, die auf einer an der Schleppeinrichtung befindlichen, parallel zu einer Hängebahn verlaufenden Achse gegensinnig quer zur Förderrichtung schwenkbeweglich gelagert sind. Gegenstand der Erfindung sind weitere Verbesserungen an der bekannten Kupplungsvorrichtung, mit dem Ziel, eine noch größere Betriebssicherheit und Laufruhe zu erreichen. So soll durch die Anordnung eines Anschlagkörpers auf der die Kupplungsbacken tragenden Achse eine einseitige Begrenzung, der Schwenkbewegungen der Kupplungsbacken erreicht werden, um zu verhindern, daß die Kupplungsvorrichtung bei starken seitlichen Pendelbewegungen des Förderwagens unkontrolliert auskuppelt. Zum anderen sollen durch eine verbesserte Ausbildung der Kupplungsbacken die Geräusche während des Betriebes, besonders beim An- und Abkuppeln, noch stärker unterdrückt werden.The subject of the main patent ..................... Der Anschlagkörper 13 verhindert auf diese Weise, daß die beiden Kupplungsbacken gemeinsam über die Mittelstellung hinaus nach der einen oder der anderen Seite schwenken können, während das seitliche Ausschwenken jeder einzelnen Kupplungsbacke 4 bzw. 5 durch den Anschlagkörper 13 nicht behindert wird. Verhindert wird demzufolge nur, daß die Kupplungsvorrichtung unter dem Einfluß starker Pendelbewegungen eines geschleppten Förderwagens, dessen Kupplungsglied Fk mit strichpunktierten Linien in Fig. 1 und 2 angedeutet ist, seitlich versetzt wird, weil dadurch das Kupplungsglied des geschleppten Förderwagens möglicherweise aus der von den Ausnehmungen 8 der Kupplungsbacken gebildeten Tasche auskuppeln könnte.The coupling jaws 4 and 5 are mounted with molded bearing eyes 11 and 12 on the axis 6, which also carries a stop body 13, which consists of a bush 15 fastened on the axis 6 by means of a dowel pin 14 with molded flags 16 and 17. Claims (4)

1. Kupplungsvorrichtung für sogenannte Power and Free -Schleppkreisförderer, die gemäß Patent ................. (P 29 23 890. 2-21) aus zwei, auf einer an der Schleppeinrichtung befindlichen, parallel zu einer Hängebahn verlaufenden Achse gegensinnig quer zur Förderrichtung schwenkbeweglich gelagerten Kupplungsbacken besteht, die im Zusammenwirken an beiden Enden der Kupplungsvorrichtung je eine Rampe zum Einschleusen und im mittleren Bereich eine Tasche zur Aufnahme des Mitnahmekopfes eines auf der Hängebahn verfahrbaren Förderwagens bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf der die beiden Kupplungsbacken (4 und 5) tragenden Achse (6) ein die Schwenkbewegungen der Kupplungsbacken einseitig begrenzender Anschlagkörper (13) angeordnet ist.
