Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a guarantee capsule made of synthetic resin for bottles, in particular for mineral water, beer and the like. Bottles containing drinks.
As is known, with mineral water, beer and the like. Bottles filled with beverages are sealed with so-called crown capsules made of metal, which are attached with the aid of suitable folding devices.
These metal crown capsules, which are attached by crimping, are intended on the one hand to provide a tight seal and on the other hand to guarantee against misuse in relation to the original contents of the bottles.
However, it has been found that such metal capsules can be removed from the bottles practically easily and can be attached to them again just as easily, without the average consumer being able to detect unauthorized handling or injury to the capsule.
It is sufficient to place a metal disc, for example a coin, on the capsule and then by means of a as a lever acting capsule puller known type deduct the Ka E sel, at which the capsule no open view - Lich detectable traces of injury remains.
It has also been found that such metal capsules often rust along their punched peripheral edge and in the area of the folded grooves.
In addition, these metal capsules, once they have been removed without the above-mentioned remedy of the metal disc, are no longer reusable for the normal closing of the bottles, in particular to ensure a gas-tight seal in bottles containing effervescent drinks.
The invention has for its object to eliminate the disadvantages and shortcomings of the metal crown capsules listed. This object is achieved according to the invention by a guarantee capsule made of synthetic resin for bottles, in particular for mineral water, beer and the like. Bottles containing drinks, which are characterized in that they have an annular extension beneath the collar projecting somewhat from their inner circumference, with which they snap into a position that seals the bottle tightly, which is essentially coaxial when the capsule is attached to the bottle comes to the bottle axis and at a short distance from the bottle neck, whereby when a known capsule puller acting as a lever and subsequent removal of the capsule from the bottle, this annular extension is obviously injured by the capsule puller.
- Fig. 1 einen vertikalen Schnitt durch die erfindungsgemässe Kapsel in Verschlusstellung an einer nur teilwei se dargestellten Flasche;
- Fig. 2 eine gleichartige Darstellung, wie in Fig. l, wobei ein herkömmlicher Kapselzieher an die Kapsel zum Ab ziehen derselben von der Flasche angesetzt ist;
- Fig. 1 shows a vertical section through the capsule according to the invention in the closed position on an only partially shown bottle;
- Fig. 2 is a similar representation as in Figure 1, wherein a conventional capsule puller is attached to the capsule for pulling it off from the bottle;
- 3 shows a vertical section through the capsule according to the invention after it has been pulled off the bottle by means of the lever-shaped capsule puller.
The capsule made of synthetic resin, designated 10 in the drawing, has a
The
When the
After removal of the
The fact that the
Thus, the
