Dies erfolgt in erfinderischer Weise dadurch, daß die Falzmessersysteme 21 verschieb- bzw. verschwenkbar sind, wie ein Vergleich der Fig. 4a und 5a zeigt. Zu den bisher verwendeten Elementen ist hierbei der Einsatz zweier Punkturabdeckungen 23 des Punktur- und Falzmesserzylinders 2 erforderlich, um eine Beschädigung des Falzproduktes durch das nachfolgende Punktursystem zu vermeiden. Dabei ist die Punkturabdeckung 23 zweckmäßig als versenkbares Hebelelement ausgebildet und mittels eines - nicht weiter dargestellten - Steuerkurvenelementes aus dem Punktur- und Falzmesserzylinder 2 heraus beweglich und über die Punkturreihe des jeweiligen Punktursystems schiebbar ausgebildet. Durch die vorliegende Ausbildung und Anordnung der Falzvorrichtung wird erreicht, daß der Saumstreifenabschnitt mit den Punktureinstichen über das Falzprodukt - Fig.5c - hervorsteht und ohne großen Verschnitt entfernt werden kann.According to FIGS. 4a and 4b, the folding device is used to produce a zigzag fold, a folded product according to FIG. 4c. Gegebenenfalls können an dem Punkturzylinder 5 Abstreifzungen 52 angreifen. Folding device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a spiking-pin cylinder (5) with a spiking-pin system (51) is arranged on the spiking-pin and folding blade cylinder - in the direction of rotation following the folding blade and folding-jaw cylinder (3), and in that three knife bars with cutting knives (24) are provided on the spiking-pin and folding blade cylinder (2), two spiking-pin systems with rubber bars (33) are provided on the folding blade and folding-jaw cylinder (3), and two spiking-pin systems (43) are provided on the folding-jaw and gripper cylinder (4).
4. Folding device according to claim 3, characterised in that a vane wheel (60) and a delivery belt (61) follow the spiking-pin cylinder (5).
5. Folding device according to claim 3, characterised in that pick-off tongues (52) are provided on the spiking-pin cylinder (5).
