Abstract

1. Dadurch, daß gerade hier aber die Schublade der Registrierkasse einen Raumbedarf für ihre Öffnungsbewegung verursacht, ist auch kein Platz vorhanden, der etwa im Sinne ergonomischer Forderungen als Armauflage für den rechten Arm der Bedienungsperson genutzt werden könnte. Dadurch, daß die Geldaufnahme völlig von der eigentlichen Registrierkasse getrennt ist, kann diese nämlich in die Arbeitsfläche versenkt eingebaut werden, denn sie muß höchstens noch zur Ein- und Ausgabe von Belegen zugänglich sein. Die getrennte Anordnung der Geldaufnahme auf der einen Seite der Bedienungseinrichtung auf oder in der Arbeitsfläche sowie die Konstruktion mit einer zur Öffnung bewegbaren Deckfläche führt zu einem wesentlichen ergonomischen Vorteil, denn es steht mindestens zwischen den einzelnen Kassiervorgängen eine durch die Deckfläche gebildete Armauflage für die Bedienungsperson zur Verfügung. Im Gegensatz zu dem eingangs genannten bekannten Kassenstand, bei dem die Warentransportrichtung einseitig festgelegt und völlig auf die Sitzanordnung der Bedienungsperson ausgerichtet ist, ermöglicht die Erfindung eine beliebige Warentransportrichtung, d.h. von der Bedienungsperson aus gesehen von rechts nach links oder von links nach rechts. Dies ist darauf zurückzuführen, daß bei einem Kassenstand nach der Erfindung einerseits keine gewinkelte Anordnung des Warentransportweges vorgesehen ist, andererseits aber der Verlauf des Warentransportweges nicht auf die Sitzanordnung der Bedienungsperson ausgerichtet ist, sondern die Verteilung der für die Bedienungsperson zugänglichen Geräte in erster Linie zur Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe in Betracht gezogen ist. Da die Geldaufnahme direkt neben dem Warentransportweg angeordnet ist, besteht keine Abhängigkeit der Warentransportrichtung und der damit übereinstimmenden Bewegungsrichtung des Kunden von der Position der Registrierkasse, die infolge ihrer räumlichen Größe nur zu einem Ende des Kassenstandes hin orientiert untergebracht werden kann. Das erfindungsgemäße Prinzip gestattet auch eine Variation der Arbeitskapazität zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Betriebsbelastungen. Durch die völlige Abkehr von den bisherigen Prinzipien ermöglicht die von der Registrierkasse getrennte Lage der Geldaufnahme die Anordnung mehrerer kastenförmiger Gehäuse in Richtung parallel zum Warentransportweg nebeneinander. Diese Ausnutzung der seitlich an dem Warentransportweg verfügbaren Arbeitsfläche macht es möglich, beispielsweise in Selbstbedienungsläden bzw. Supermärkten bei besonders großem Andrang zu den Kassenständen in einem Kassenstand jeweils zwei Bedienungspersonen arbeiten zu lassen, wobei jeder Bedienungsperson im Rahmen der Geldaufnahme ein kastenförmiges Gehäuse zugeordnet ist. Die eine Bedienungsperson kann dann beispielsweise bereits Preise und/oder Artikelnummern mit der Bedienungseinrichtung in die Registrierkasse eingeben, während die andere Bedienungsperson mit dem jeweils vorhergehenden Kunden noch abrechnet. Eine solche Variation der Arbeitsweise war bisher bei Kassenständen der hier betrachteten Art unmöglich.The principle according to the invention also permits a variation in the working capacity to adapt to different operating loads. • Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht des Kassenstandes zur besseren Verdeutl ichung ergonomischer Funktionen besonders im Hinblick auf eine frei wählbare Warentransportrichtung.

Die Arbeitsfläche 16 ist auf der rechten Seite der Bedienungsperson verbreitert und dient zur Aufnahme einer Registrierkasse 18. Diese kann unterhalb der Arbeitsfläche eingebaut sein, jedoch auch auf der Arbeitsfläche stehen.
