Die Erfindung betrifft einen Klappscharnierverschluß für einen zusammendrückbaren Behälter, zum Beispiel für eine Zahncremetube, bestehend aus einem Klemmring zum Aufstecken auf die Mündung des Behälters und einem mit dem Klemmring über ein Klapp- bzw. Der normalerweise verwendete Deckel besitzt einen Dichtkonus, der in die Mündung des Verschlusses eintaucht. Dieses Abdichtungssystem ist ungünstig, weil beim Verschließen Produkt seitlich aus der Behältermündung herausgedrückt und dadurch einer Verschmutzung der Mündung erheblich Vorschub geleistet wird. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen einteiligen - also einen einen nicht verlierbaren Deckel aufweisenden - Verschluß eingangs genannter Art zu schaffen, der einen als Standbasis für den Behälter bzw. Tube ausreichend großen Durchmesser aufweist, dessen Deckel die Mündung ohne die Gefahr eines Herausdrückens von Produkt dicht verschließt und der ohne weiteres als zum Abgeben eines zwei- oder mehrfarbig gestreiften Stranges geeigneter Verschlußkörper auszubilden ist. Durch die Erfindung ist ein einteiliges Verschlußorgan geschaffen worden, in dem die Vorteile bisheriger Einhand- bzw. Klappscharnier-Verschlüsse mit denjenigen bisheriger Schraubverschlüsse vereinigt sind, ohne die jeweiligen Nachteile zu übernehmen. Wesentlicher Vorteil ist die Einteiligkeit des aus Behältermündung, Deckel und'gegebenenfalls dem streifenbildenden Organ bestehenden Systems. Der neue Verschluß kann daher in einem Arbeitsgang hergestellt werden, die Produktionsmaschine in geschlossenem Zustand verlassen und in einem weiteren Arbeitsgang auf den Behälter bzw. die Tube aufgebracht werden. Dieser Bereich ist erfahrungsgemäß häufig nicht mit einer ausreichenden Schutzlackschicht versehen und gewährleistet somit nicht immer eine den Hygieneanforderungen entsprechende Ausbildung des Verschlusses.
