Claims (6)

1. Unverletzbarer Etikettenträger und zwar insbesondere ein unverletzbarer Etikettenträger für Säcke (5) oder andere ähnliche Gegenstände, dienend zugleich als Plombier- bzw. Siegelvorrichtung und als Informationsträger und bestehend aus einem ersten Teil oder Gehäuse (1) mit einem Befestigungsmittel (10) für die Enden eines Bindfadens (11) geeigneter Länge und einem als Deckel für den ersten Teil (1) wirkenden zweiten Teil (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte erste Teil (1) mit einem durch Drehen mittels des vorgenannten zweiten Teiles (2) verriegelbaren Schwenkhakenmechanismus (12) versehen ist und der vorgenannte zweite Teil (2) aus Mitteln (32-35) für das Aufnehmen einer Siegelvorrichung (38) besteht, wodurch er auf unverletzbare Weise in bezug auf den ersten Teil in geschlossener Stellung des Etikettenträgers verriegelt wird.
2. Etikettenträger gemäss dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte zweite Teil (2) sich derart in Nuten (8-9) einandergegenüberstehender Seitenwände (4-5) des vorgenannten ersten Teiles (1) verschiebt, dass er mit demselben einen praktisch geschlossenen Raum bildet, worin eine Adressen- bzw. Informationsetikette (EA) angeordnet werden kann.

Etikettenträger gemäss irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorgenannte Befestigungsmittel für die beiden Enden eines Bindfadens (11) aus einem Block (13) besteht, der mit einem Mäander (15) versehen ist, dessen Arme gleichlaufende Seitenwände aufweisen, wobei in diesen Armen mehrere Aushölungen (16) vorgesehen sind, worin ein an beiden Enden des Bindfadens (11) befestigtes Blockiermittel (17) hineingesteckt wird.

Etikettenträger gemäss irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte Schwenkhakenmechanismus (12) aus zwei Teilen besteht, und zwar aus einem Scheibenförmigen ersten Teil (22), ab dem ungefähr in halber Scheibenhöhe ein Haken (23) hervorspringt, und einem zweiten Teil (20), dessen Form ungefähr der eines rechteckigen Parallelepipeds entspricht und der an einem seiner Enden mit einem als Durchgang für eine Siegelvorrichtung (38) dienenden Einschnitt (24) versehen ist, wobei diese beiden Teile mittels eines zylinderförmigen Zwischenteiles (21) miteinander verbunden sind.
5. Etikettenträger gemäss dem Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel zwischen dem vorgenannten Haken (23) und der Längsachse des vorgenannten rechteckigen Parallelepipeds (20) ungefähr 110° beträgt.

Etikettenträger gemäss irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorgenannte Siegelvorrichtung aus einem nahezu die Form einer rechteckigen Platte aufweisenden Körper (39) besteht, aus einer Stirnseite desselben zwei V-förmige Hakenfortsätze (36, 37) herausragen, deren benachtbarte, nebeneinanderstehende Schenkel gleichlaufend und etwas länger als die freien Schenkel sind, die Enden dieser längeren Schenkel an die Stirnseite, aus der sie herausragen, anschliessen, die betreffende Siegelvorrichtung mit zwei nebeneinanderstehenden Höhlungen (32a, 32b) eines Teiles des vorgenannten Deckels (2) zusammenwirken, die Dicke der Zwischenwand (33) zwischen diesen beiden Höhlungen nahezu dem Abstand zwischen den beiden gleichlaufenden Schenkeln der V-förmigen Hakenfortsätze entspricht und die Breite der sich ab dieser Zwischenwand erstreckenden Öffnungen dieser Höhlungen kleiner als die derselben ist, so dass an den gegenüberstehenden Rändern dieser Öffnungen kleine Wandteile (34,35) übrigbleiben, hinter denen die freien Schenkel der vorgenannten Hakenfortsätze (36, 37) sich festhaken.
