Claims (5)

1. Verbesserte Anlage für die Herstellung von vorgespannten Längsprodukten hauptsächlich von vorgespannten Balken aus zähflüssigen Beton auf die Bahnen eines Vorvertigungsstandes, diese Anlage bestehend aus einer Fließspannmaschine, die sich den Stand entlang bewegen kann und zu der auf dem Hinterteil Kluppen gehören, deren Öffnungen das Profil der zu herstellenden Produkte haben, diese Öffnungen befindend sich am unteren Teil enganliegend der Bahnen, deren Länge der Schulterlänge der Produkte entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spannmaschine am hinteren Teil der Kluppen eine bewegliche Blindplatte hat, die mit Aussparungen versehen ist, deren Form und Stelle den jenigen der vergespannten Kabel angepasst sind, so daß die Kabel in diesen Aussparungen untergebracht sind, wenn die Blindplatte abgesenkt wird, und durch Steurungs- und Antriebsmitteln für die vorgenannte Platte, die dazu dienen, die Platte hoch zu bewegen, damit die Kluppen völlig frei sind, und die Platte niedriger zu stellen, nahe bei den Bahnen, so daß die Kluppen verschlossen sind.
2. Verbesserte Anlage gemäß des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steurungsmittels der Blindplatte am hinteren Teil der Spannmaschine aus senkrecht Gleitschienen bestehen, mit denen die Blindplatte verbunden ist, sowie aus Stützrollen am unteren Teil von herabgestellten Trägern am hinteren Teil der Kluppen zwischen Zwei nebenstehenden Kluppenenden, so daß, wenn die Blindplatte abgesenkt wird, wird sie zwischen dem Kluppenhinterteil und den Stützrollen gesteuert, die auf die Platte einen Druck im entgegengesetzten Sinn zu dem Material in den Kluppen ausüben.
3. Verbesserte Anlage gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, auf der die Antriebsmittels der Blindplatte mit einem senkrechten Stellglied versehen sind.
4. Verbesserte Anlage gemäß Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Unterteil der Blindplatte abgeschrägt ist, so daß beim Absenken die Blindplatte leichter ins Material der Balken eingeführt werden kann.
5. Verbesserte Anlage gemäß Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jeden Balken Backen auf der Blindplatte geschweißt sind, Backen reichend bis zum Hinterteil der Maschine auf die rechte Flanke jedes Balkens und nehmend die Form von diesen Flanken an, so daß das Endteil jedes schon gegossenen Balkens gesteuert wird, wenn die Blindplatte abgesenkt wird.
