Abstract

1. Concrete formwork with at least two shuttering panels consisting of a main frame with crossbeams (14) and a plate member (11) carried by the main frame, there being connecting elements for the neighbouring shuttering panels which each have a displaceable sectional beam (26) which is clampable, via a first keyed connection, with the main frame of the one shuttering panel, and via a second keyed connection of the same kind, with the main frame of the neighbouring shuttering panel on the side facing away from the plate member (11) and wherein the keyed connections automatically align the shuttering panels while drawing them together, characterized in that, each keyed connection has a carriage (30, 30a) displaceable on the sectional beam (26) and embracing the sectional beam and a wedge plate (18, 18a) secured to the main frame so that the wedge plate does not project the main frame at its rear side opposite to the plate member (1) with the inwardly disposed wedge surface (20) of the wedge plate cooperating with an overlapping tapered surface (34, 34a) of the carriage (30, 30a).

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Betonschalung mit wenigstens zwei Schaltafeln, bestehend aus Haupt- und Querrahmen und einer darauf befestigten Schalplatte, und mit Verbindungselementen für benachbarte Schaltafeln, die je einen verschiebbaren Profilträger aufweisen, der über eine Keilverbindung gegen den Rahmenteil der einen Schaltafel und über eine zweite gleichartige Keilverbindung mit dem Rahmen der benachbarten Schaltafeln auf der der Schalplatte abgewandten Seite verspannbar ist, wobei die Keilverbindungen unter Zusammenziehung der Schaltafeln diese selbsttätig ausrichten. Derartige Betonschalungen haben gegenüber den Schalungen, bei denen die benachbaten Hauptrahmen durch Schraubenbolzen oder Keile verbunden sind ( vergleiche z.B. DT-AS 1 902 568, DT-OS 2 310 236, DT-OS 2 460 867), den Vorteil, daß durch den aufgekeilten Stab die Durchbiegung unter Last nur sehr gering ist, während bei den direkt verbundenen Schaltafeln bei Belastung der Verbindung senkrecht zur Schalfläche der Hauptrahmen auf Torsion beansprucht wird, was bei großer Last zu großen unzulässigen Durchbiegungen der Schalung führt. Claims (10)

1. Betonschalung mit wenigstens zwei Schaltafeln, bestehend aus Haupt- und Querrahmen und einer darauf befestigten Schalplatte, und mit Verbindungselementen für benachbarte Schaltafeln, die je einen verschiebbaren Profilträger aufweisen, der über eine erste Keilverbindung gegen den Rahmenteil der einen Schaltafel und über eine zweite gleichartige Keilverbindung mit dem Rahmen der benachbarten Seite verspannbar ist, wobei die Keilverbindungen unter Zusammenziehung der Schaltafeln diese selbsttätig ausrichten,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jede Keilverbindung einen auf dem Profilträger (26) aufschiebbaren Keilschlitten (30, 30a) und eine am Rahmen der Schalplatte befestigte Keilplatte (18, 18a) aufweist, deren innenliegende Keilfläche (20) mit einer übergreifenden Keilanzugsv fläche (34, 34a) des Keilschlittens zusammenwirkt.
