In addition, the body (30) of the hinge contains a seat (50) for the mutual movement of the pin (20) and the body (30) of the hinge around the axis (X) of rotation. The seat (50) contains a cushioning means (54) directly interacting by means of friction with the pin (20) to cushion - in a differentiated manner - the rotation of the pin (20) and the hinge body (30). The present invention also relates to a system for attaching a closure element (A) to a horizontal fixed support structure. The system contains the aforementioned device (1) in the form of a loop and a pair of clamping elements (40) for fixing the closing element (A).
