Abstract

Устройство, генерирующее пар, содержит нагревательную камеру, приспособленную для приема субстрата, подлежащего испарению, впускное отверстие, выпускное отверстие, проход для потока воздуха для обеспечения соединения по текучей среде между впускным отверстием и выпускным отверстием через нагревательную камеру, через который генерируемый пар может перемещаться из нагревательной камеры к выпускному отверстию. Предусмотрены контроллер устройства и датчик влажности для генерирования результата измерения пара, производимого субстратом. Контроллер пригоден для управления работой устройства на основании данных измерений от датчика влажности.
