Внешние концы лопаток завихрителя приподняты над внутренними. Входной патрубок (4) газоочистителя снабжён соплами (9) смывного устройства (10). Над лопаточным завихрителем (8) установлен кольцевой вкладыш (11), а на входе трубы подачи орошающей жидкости (3) установлены узлы подачи химических реагентов (14). Входной патрубок (4) с выходным сечением, перпендикулярным его оси, заглублён в корпус 0,65-1,0 радиуса корпуса (1) и в нём установлена форсунка (16). Для осуществления мокрой очистки закрученный тангенциальным или хордальным патрубком (4) газовый поток пропускают через кольцевую щель, где закручивается в противоположную сторону, взаимодействуя с противотоком жидкости, эмульгируется. Газовая нагрузка регулируется изменением площади кольцевой щели, а глубокая нейтрализация вредных примесей обеспечивается подачей в процесс химических реагентов. Для предотвращения отложений пыли во входном патрубке и в корпусе во входной поток очищаемого газа впрыскивают орошающую жидкость и подают его в газоочиститель через заглублённый в объём корпуса патрубок.The invention relates to wet gas cleaning and can be used in energy, metallurgy and chemical production. The inlet branch pipe (4) with the outlet section perpendicular to its axis is recessed into the body 0.65-1.0 of the body radius (1) and a nozzle (16) is installed in it. To carry out wet cleaning, the gas flow swirled by the tangential or chordal branch pipe (4) is passed through the annular slot, where it swirls in the opposite direction, interacting with the counterflow of the liquid, and emulsifies. The gas load is regulated by changing the area of the annular slot, and deep neutralization of harmful impurities is ensured by supplying chemicals to the process. To prevent dust deposits in the inlet and in the housing, a scrubbing liquid is injected into the inlet stream of the gas to be cleaned and fed into the gas cleaner through a branch pipe buried in the volume of the housing.
