Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу и устройству для получения подаваемого потока, содержащего олефины, для установки для парового риформинга. Согласно настоящему изобретению углеводородное исходное сырье, содержащее олефины, с этой целью нагревается, испаряется и подвергается каталитическому гидрированию. Полученный поток продуктов гидрирования олефинов разделяется в сепараторе на газообразный подаваемый поток для риформинга, подаваемый в установку для парового риформинга, и газообразный возвращаемый поток. В этом случае температуру входного потока для гидрирования на входе в реактор для гидрирования регулируют с учетом уровня, до которого он нагрет, и/или с учетом объема возвращаемого потока. Таким образом, обеспечивается возможность безопасной эксплуатации реактора для гидрирования в широком диапазоне содержания олефинов в углеводородном сырье.
